For me it has to be mostly Adiya scenes that lead to 'Ishq Hai' moments especially the scenes till they got married. They were fun to watch and will remain as a sweet memory. Their nok jkok was very endearing. Most memorable scenes for me were:
1) When he pushes her in the river and then saves her.
2) When Aditya finds out about Priya's past and then how he wants to kill the police officer
3) When Brahma finds out about about Gaurav being gay and confronts him. The convo between them two was just mindblowing
4) When Uttara kills Rishab
5) Aditya's reaction when he finds out about his brother being gay and how he calls Priya to come and meet her. Later when he confronts his brother about it.
6) Aditya's reaction when he sees his father molesting Priya and in the recent episodes when Brahama pushes Priys off the swing.
I have always loved RD and Brahma's bantering.
In the recent episodes I have loved Shubu and Devyani's scenes
