right now, the only sensible female lead I find, who isn't rude or a doormat, but when it comes to her kids, can speak up and do the right thing, is Megha Vyas from 'na bole tum..',, I'm praying that they don't ruin her character n make her either a 'grass' like u said 😆 or a stiff one

for the fact that she is so unsophisticated and undereducated, the only woman who is worth her salt is Imli surprisngly
and she is not even one of the leads
she knows how to mate with her man
she knows how to get him to do whatever she thinks is right using feminine charm (not sex) and her guile
he adores her but does not feel emasculated by her
she is extremely feminine in her demeanour and does not feel the need to look thuggish or male or dressed down in order to survive in a very male community
she does not sweat the small stuff and harp on about self respect. She has a ton and she knows when to throw her weight around with all and sundry.
she's not out to prove anythign to anyone and she's is not being any one's puppet either.
she reacts with her gut - she lashed out at Uttara irrespective of her consequences and even took the firing with her chin held high, she cursed Brahma and wished him dead today, she knows her mind and does not let anyone sway her
most of all I love how she is so compatible with jaggi and neither one of them has to change or compromise to keep this marriage healthy and happening
I really like Imli and Jaagi. they are actually my fav couples on this show - real, cute and uncomplicated.
