Sorry...SJ fans...don't get upset...this is just an expression..I'm a big fan of SJ...even though I have to say this...what did he do...really...he couldn't argue well with BJ...couldn't gather a single saboot against Bramha...couldn't question well like a good lawyer would do to neither Uttara or Priya...nothing...how did he misses all the news paper articles of Priya?? Why he was not prepared to fight back that issue?? What ground work he really did for this sensitive case?? Was he at all prepared for any of these??? RD spelled the "Priya" issue out...and he overheard it! They way CV's entered the character of SJ in the show...like he will really do something or will be a saviour for Devyani...entry was too much with swimming, dancing salsa and everything! Like he will do something...we were all happy...but really...take a moment to analyze his contribution. RD and Bramha stole the show from every angle. What SJ has done..any other mamuli lawyer could have done it...I'm big time disappointed in SJ's character portraying.

he served as a catalyst the women needed to stand up to BJ. That's all, and that was huge.

He was never going to be able to win the fight - it was never about winning or losing - it was about standing up to BJ.

Whether he wins the case in court or not - the 4 women have rebelled against him and are now fighting in the open. How do you think life in his house will be for him, post court case? Even if he wins, his reputation may be intact for the people outside the house, and Adi, but inside ... it's hell, right?

And this was made possible by SJ by just agreeing to take the case. Remember, no other lawyer was doing it, and that time no one had the courage to out and out defy Brahma. So even though he may not have won teh case for the ladies, he had the courage to guide them to fight against him, and be beside them in their fight.

THAT was the purpose he served. It was always going to be RD to bring out the proof against BJ, we knew that.

Also, I think if the show was ending today, SJ woulda won the case. But given the extension, they have to bring in drama and let it run, so it can't be a clear cut win for the ladies, or the show may very well be over.

He was needed for the whole case to mold the way he did and make Devyani keep going rather than stop half way like we saw she was willing to do at one point.

That's what i was really wondering...even a layman could have presented the case, there was no need of a lawyer for Devyani. Shubhankar just kept on giving them the push to move ahead, if nothing had ever happened to Priya then the case would have simply fallen in B's favor.

The case wasn't well presented by him, no proofs, no logic. Just saying that the criminal should be punished doesn't serve any purpose. It was all RoshniDevi's doing. She went to the core of the problem and cracked the nut.
