I'm sure Brahma has no plans whatsoever to marry Uttara! And the reasons are obvious and simple:
1. he will jeopardize his status and his career by doing so
2. Dev has always let him sleep around but U won't do that so why would he willingly sacrifice his "freedom"?
3. Dev is an excellent housewife whereas U is clumsy. B needs an excellent housewife as a supporting pillar for his career.
I wish Dev would call his bluff!!!
