I just read a few posts yesterday some defending Uttara and others mentioning what she did was wrong.
I was disturbed at some posts...
I just wanted to share - In today's society widows and divorced women - once they loose the shelter of their husbands fall as easy preys to them men like Bramah. I have seen many friends lives which have been destroyed when they found themselvs in this situation. It's a bitter truth and it happens.. but later some realise and some don't.
But women shud knw - with or without a husband - your Maryaada shud always be your first priority. It is with which you will live and be respected in your society.
What Uttarah did regardless of her minds state was wrong. I cannot sit back and allow young girls to think that this was right and iti s not her fault. BRAMAH is wrong but we all knw that.
Devyani is wrong too - for knowing the truth and keeping quiet. She is a woman who has fought within herself to keep her hubands shelter over herself.. but now her kids have grown up and she shud retaliate for what is right and wrong.
But what has happened yesterday is wrong and in excusable. No matter what the circumstances. Women shud take care into not falling into that hole as that hole will just get bigger, darker and ugglier and deeper.
NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE.. But I'd hate to think that ppl can think of it as excusable and be wrongly influenced.
This post is not to prove anyhing.. just written out of care.

The blame lies with a lot of people, and not just Uttara. It is unfair to blame her more than the other by saying 'oh she should have controlled herself'. Yes, she shouldn't have been hoodwinked by Brahma's words so easily; should have confronted Devyani first, but let's not forget Uttara is at her vulnerable best and any source of comfort/love would seem attractive. Men like Brahma know very well how to take advantage of lonely, broken women.

Here a lot of people could have helped avoided it. But what is right and wrong she would have known. She is vulnerable - I don't doubt that.
BUT Uttara is just a character of a drama.. but I wish that ladies will learn that if in same situation as uttara - Guys will always look at them in a different way. It's so sad how ppl mess their lives.
Hence on the forum there are many young girls who can easily get influenced who have not seen life or heard of ppl's experience.
See the older you get the more ppl you know and thru their experience you see how cruel life and the world is to them.

I do not think there is any doubt of the fact that things are going get worse, much much worse for Uttara. The horrible consequences - both familial and psychological - of what she has done is going to bring home to a lot of people that what has happened is not to the benefit of ANYONE.

I would just like to say that there is a difference between being vulnerable and being stupid. Uttara's obvious vulnerability does not excuse her stupidity (to say nothing of the way she has betrayed her own sister.) Uttara has broken a crucial bond of trust - that between Devyani and herself. I wonder if that bond can EVER be reconstructed.

P.S.: I so want Vidya to find love in Cheenu! I hope and pray that she may get her happiness back in Cheenu's love and - miracle of miracles - SUPPORT the Karan-Gaurav relationship.

The kids will loose respect for her - Devyani's and her own daughter too.

Cari sis you here 😲 🤗

back to topic i agree that absolutely nothing can justify Uttara's actions but then can one really blame her considering her state off mind right now and her vulnerability. she is emotionally weak at the moment and hence this 😕

of course this is not to suggest that people can go about doing what she did and then can get excused

but i liked it that this show highlighted this which is again very much a part of reality... after all imperfection is what makes a human.

she will suffer the consequences though... she has betrayed her own daughter too...

I sometimes see this show - bits and bobs when I'm chilling on the computer - it comes on after MKAP on TV. I saw yesterday's and I was - like I said disturbed.

i know.. but overall the show itself is good. quite realistic... also they've stepped in certain supposedly taboo areas where many fear to go, appreciate that

and i like the lead pair, Adi especially 😳

gr8 post mate!

my thoughts on the show so far, of whatever tid-bits I've seen:

when we see a ditch, it isn't excusable if we jump in it!! unless we want to get hurt, ofcourse!

Blaming Priya that she couldn't take care of Uttara is stupid again, she isn't Uttara's bodyguard, she has other things to take care of too... and later on in the show Adi will blame her for hiding the truth, he will forget their anniversary coz the creatives have shown how bad he feels for lying to her and all...

Devyani is a fool for saving that 🤬 SSP for the sake of family n society. now all she can do is cry n cry! if she would have raised her voice the 1st time, she won't be suffering now!

coming to Vidya, I hope the creatives don't show Gaurav turning straight but give some spine to her and hooking her with Cheenu. the girl needs some love n care
the way her parents behaved is exactly how most South Asian parents do, n when the daughter dies, they blame the in-laws!
