Sorry to say but i do not want Gaurav to be gay.

he and vidya now have NO CHANCE of getting together.

how do you turn a gay person to being straight? it usually works the other way around

if they are ever going to be together, Gaurav's going to have to be bisexual.

what a way to ruin a show!😡

I know. That too, with Love U Zindagi's Kunal. I apsolutely love Kunal but him being gay?

Why do they always have to go over the top and show things that have never happened on television?

Regardless of my own personal views, Maryada is depicting a true slice of life with this track and I applaud them for their bravery. 👏

There are many Asian gays who find it difficult to 'out' themselves to their family for many reasons, so they get married and try to pretend to be hetrosexual. The show is just showing this, the repercussion for all involved, the heartache and agony because people could not be true to their own nature.

It will be a cop out if they then show gaurav accepting his relationship with VIdya, unless there had been indications that he is bisexual.

i don't mind him being gay but i don't like him with Karan(wanted someone new to play the character) . I watched initial episodes of love u zindagi with kunal and i loved him in there. its going to take some time for me to accept him in this differet role

I don't understand what is the harm if he is shown to be one!

This is reality and the creative team deserve applause for being brave enough to highlight such issues towards which people have blind prejudices. Also in this part of the world gay men are forced to get married due to family and societal pressure. Its about time this attitude is done away with, differences that exist should be accepted instead of shying away from the topic.

People need to realize everyone should have the liberty to make their personal decisions and if a TV show is making an effort to in trying to make that realization come then hats off to them 👏

I don't agree. Yes, its true that no one likes us being Gaurav gay just because we all appericiate the jodi of gguarav and vidya. However, its very good of creatives to show these kinds of social issues on television. and that is being done just so people would change their views about gay/lesbians. I think we should appluase to creatives for showing that. 👏 👏 But, I am eagerly waiting to know what they have stored in for Vidya's character. I hope its something good.
