What do you like wearing during summer? In summer, it's advisable to wear loose cotton clothing especially cotton T-shirts. It's best to wear light colours mainly white as any dark color absorbs heat a lot. So mostly, I prefer wearing white during summers. |
Is there any special food/ beverage that you include in your diet? Yes. In summers, I usually avoid tea and coffee and instead I sip on juices of cumcumber, lauki even nariyal paani, which is healthy and keeps your body cool. Pudina soaked in water is also very good, cool and refreshing. One must always drink water every one hour, so as to not get dehydrated. | |||

Which is your favourite perfume or deodorant? I think Hot Water by Davidoff Men's Perfume is perfect for this season, as it gives cooling effect to the body. Among deodorants, I prefer Davidoff's Cool Water which is very mild. For women, Individual perfume would be great while in deodorant Clinic Happy would make women smile. |
What is your favourite summer getaway? Northern India is always cool in summers, especially Darjeeling which is very cool in May. It is such beautiful place with the beautiful view of Kanchanganga. If you want to go around Mumbai then Lonavala, Matheran, Panchgani are your best bet. | |||

Any childhood memories of summer holidays that you would like to share? I remember during my summer vacations, we all used to go to Northern India as my dad was in the army. His posting used to be near Srinagar or adjoining areas, so I used to really enjoy those snow packed mountains. During summers I also used to visit my granny in Ratnagiri, where she had a huge Mango farm. All cousins would gather and sit together to savour those sweet hapus mangoes. They were so delicious that I still remember the taste. |
Where would you go for a date this season? I don't have the time due to my hectic shooting schedules. But if I did get a chance, then I would love to take Riddhi to Lavasa as it's a beautiful place and just four hours by car. |
Your advice to fans on how to beat the heat? Just relax yourself, don't go out in scorching sun and if you are going out, then use a nice sun block lotion, drink lots of water and juices, avoid spicy food and wear light colored cotton clothes and just be cool. | |||
