and yes the show's usp is aditya and I am loving the way they have arched his character and he seems to be very intruguing to me.....
Kamya n Indrani are marvelous actressses and Ridhi is doing an impressive job ........not to mention the chemo she shares with Rakesh..............chemistrilicious 😍

this show has caught a lot of attention in its first week itself, despite airing at an unfavourable time slot...bapat has never looked hotter😳 n priya is just the perfect opp of adi....am guessing adi;s father had sth to do with the trauma da gal is facing....maybe priya married aditya for revenge or sth!!!n gaurav is defo gay.

@ pavs.........

wat................Priya already married to adi???😲
@ poppy
I like ur thot that Adi may ask Priya's hand in marriage in this emotional turmoil state of hers and even tho she does not love him just yet.......this marriage may open up more horror of the past of Priya which highly looks connected to adi's dad

shilpa, da montage shows tht all the four ladies r married...n da story is abt a family of married women n how one of them (ie priya) leads the other three to stand up against the skeleton of lies n deceit tht is the foundation of the family.
n we cn expect lotsa mature romance between the leads n a serious plot,..hopefully

I am still having a hard time believing that Aditya Jhakar of Maryada is the same cute guy from Tum Bin and Saat Phere! 😳
Its not just his look, but the attitude he brings to Aditya's character that is so damn appealing! And I just love, love, love his Haryanavi accent! Its so perfect and completely natural! Besides, his dressing sense is soothing to the eyes! Am fed up to say the least, looking at various male leads dressed like Peacocks in other shows...wearing Green / Purple / Red colored Shirts and Baggy type trousers, straight from the 1950's! 😆 Adi looked very handsome in the plain white shirt and blue jeans, with a pair of sneakers yesterday! (Needless to say, I have a totally inappropriate crush on Adi right now!...😳😆)

i cnt believe how hawt bapat is looking in this soap...looks like he got a complete personality transplant after tum bin n saat phere...there is soooo much oomph n wow factor in his persona in maryada...he speaks like a typical rookie jat, has the most amazing alpha male countenance n the most perfecto dressing sense ....the white shirt-blue jeans combo with normal converse is just soo cute!!..am criosuly droolingEmbarrassed

@Sajni, Priya is not married to Adi, but she will be in the future, as per the synopsis!
I doubt if Adi's dad has anything to do with what happened to Priya...atleast, nothing directly! I might be wrong, but it looks a bit illogical to show that the Police Officer who ruined Priya's life (in whatever way he did) to be the SSP! Adi is shown to be very close to his Father and neither him nor Priya are the types who would get married without their families permission and happiness in it! Especially Priya, because she is not even in love with Adi right now and will probably marry him only to please her father. How would they show the SSP agreeing to the marriage and more importantly Priya and her family agreeing to it, if indeed Priya's past is connected to Adi's Dad?
Its more plausible that Adi's father might be indirectly involved in hushing up her case and hence stopping justice from happening and he might not know that the girl is Adi's love interest or something like that!
The revenge plot is very contrived and run of the mill...I for one would sincerly expect a production house like DJ's to come up with something unique! Ekta Kapoor has done the 'Marrying for Revenge' theme to death! 🤢 Besides, getting married to Adi for revenge seems so out of character for Priya!😕
@Pavs, having lived in Delhi all my life, can totally connect to Aditya's look and character! He looks like the quintessential upper-class Jat, who is educated, upwardly mobile, yet stylishly rustic and earthy in attitude and speech! His character and presentation is very realistic and believable! Same goes for Priya, who looks like just another regular college girl from Delhi / Ghaziabad! Kudos to the creatives for paying attention to the details!

The pre cap was extremely raw, extremely engaging which is a rare case in Tellywood, I tell ya. It wasn't the cliched hero - saves - the - heroine deal with a 3 minute stare post the incident, but rather more of a humanizing moment, no? Suicide, death are topics to be dealt with sensitivity and one needs to be able to grasp the concept of life....what better way to comprehend it than to experience near death, and that's the similar plight Priya would go thru, which I hope will in turn add character groW*H in her.

So far, so good. Jab tak show achcha tab tak dekh hee lete hain. 😆😆 The concept isn't unique to me, however the way the stories are molded and presented may be.
