Nish my dear Mariam is Ayaat's daughter, legally and techincally she holds No right on the property. Maher and Mahira ka right double banta hai... according to islamic laws beti ko property ka half share jata hai anf If Mariam is Ayyat's daughter to how come she's given whole of the haveli? 😕

Yeh tho mere ko nahi malum but dada ne bahut pahle hi hawali Aayat ke naam kardi thi tabhi Riffat help Aayat to kidnap mariam for hawali kyu ki hawali Aayat ke naam me thi and Aayat promise her but baat me usne will me garbad kardi and mariam ke naam kardi hawali😆

This is completely rubbish. How can Dada Hazoor name the haveli on Ayyat's name? Majaaz is alive and according to the laws he hold 2:1 share in the property. Ayyat ko bas property ka half share jata hai and If Ayyat has children from her husband toh her property is supposed to be divided between them and woh bhi 2:1 ratio between the boys and girls.

Chalo maan liya Majaaz ne bhi apne share ki property M ko dedi still she can't have take over the haveli. Again the haveli is supposed to be divided between Maher and Mariam.

Yeh story ekdam bakwas hai and FL ko awein highlight kiya ja raha hai for nothing. Baseless show. 🥱
