It is the dialogues that are disconnected. Almost as if the person who is putting these words in Vikrant and Isha's mouth doesn't know them, he/she hasn't watched the serial and doesn't know HOW Vikrant will voice his feelings, same for Isha.
Isha isn't shown overly ambitious but her dialogues were ridiculous, like you said bordering on Sant Ishabai!
Remember the scene where Vikrant had first asked Isha about what her feelings are about marriage? (This was when her mother had asked him to get her to agree to marry Bipin).
Isha had said ekmekanchi mana ghatta julana, gadh vishwas, prem, oodh, akarshan that wasn't at all out of place. That was perfect.
Here the dialogues writer did pathetic job in yesterday's episode. If Isha had said I want to have marriage like my parents, happy with each other no matter what circumstances or something like that. It would have sounded better. There was no connect with her feelings because it sounded so odd not what Isha would say at all.
Our smart intelligent always 2 steps ahead BOSS Vikrant is missing since after office party episode, so is bold sassy with Vikrant open her heart out Isha. That is why we are feeling disconnected with scenes.
Except for brief glimpse when Isha told Vikrant "jamane se kya darna, jo bat man me hai bol deneka, dil se - me vat pahin ".
Vikrant dialogues with Zende are bordering on bizarre. He didn't even blast Zende for taking promise from Isha while showing super fake happiness about marriage?! Where is OUR Vikrant and our Visha?
