I have not watched past 2 days but got an idea based on your kind updates. He was at his best emote in front of Anjali in doctor's room and with Kaku when he said if he is not there, yash is there and then he looks around as if he may not come back.. Was such an emotional scene which he pulled off. Hats off Piyush.👍🏼.Yes, Asim is very halva and kind hearted. He cannot see pain in anyone, so he is always shown to take things upon himself whether it is guilt, suffering, pain. He did same when he found Yash loves Anjali and decided to sacrifice. Even though he promised Anjali after they came together that he will always share secrets/never give her suffering, he is forced to fall back in that mode again. First he has guilt that he brought those drugs and the pain Anjali will have on finding that out. So once again without discussing/sharing, he makes his own decision. Per precap, seems Yash knows about he going to Talni but not Anjali. How much Yash knows, we will find out. And we have a new entry in this lady dacoit. Whether she is Bhilla's daughter or not remains to be seen. To make it dramatic, she could be his daughter but definately well connected in that Talni gang to cause some influence. Guaranteed she will fall in love with Asim , now remains to be seen if Anjali actually goes to Talni [ as we wanted last time] or stays in Mumbai crying remains to be seen. Makers have a golden chance to rectify mistake from last time.
@Ashnii : Agree that Piyush has gone silent. Last replies to some of us were to condolence tweets for his grandpa. But for him to stay totally quiet on serial matter seems bit odd, when Suruchi is atleast in touch with tweets. May be he has more scenes now, keeping him busy but he has being quiet on serial matters for past month. Have seen his other tweets unrelated to serial though. Pls. do not take it personal if no response from celebrities. I personally know some folks who get very upset but these celebrities have their own mind at the end of the day. If they respond , great, otherwise we have lot other things to worry about. 😃
I feel most of what u said below would happen but as sber said, these twists and turns are expected in every serial. Big question is how long they stretch and when they will focus on medical theme. If they do this right [ and we say and hope about this each time new track/plot starts 😃], this drug plot can be very good track from medical pov and to resolve this love triangle once and for all:

As @pradnya said, they do not really care about Loyal fans.. like zee yuva does with some other serials like Phulpakharu, Katti Batti etc. Look at how many promos or updates they show related to those but hardly much with Anjali serial. Why this discrimination is known only to them
Thanks to @ssv, we are always up to date with production/creative team changes. Not sure what it means by change of creative head. Last time i had heard that director/creative head were the same. Now with new creative head, not sure aata ha kai navin dive lavel , je purvichya heads ni kela. We already got to see prolonged never ending Love triangle, Lead character gayab, comes back but gets embroiled in drug case, now we will have 2nd love triangle in making when 1st one one is yet to be closed. Think Chandrakant Kanse was the best. Now i think he is into movie making
