If they both didn't speak...then we have Anu and glucose. I think they will tell jayshree kaku and Anjali's mother about them.. and may be it's possible they will tell Yash and then he will bring them together..

Hope for the best...I want Asim Anjali together..they are awesome.

He pan barobar aahe. Anjali sangel saglyana. Asim will be in dellima what to do. One side Anjali other side Yash whom to choose. Love or brother because he has always sacrificed everything for his brother.

That's why he had always stayed away from hospital so that Yash could run the hospital and he also wanted to pursue his father's dream.

But Anjali has told Asim once to stand for himself and do what he want to do and think about himself first then others. And no need to sacrifice everything for others always.

So it might be possible that when Anjali will confess her feelings about Asim infront of everyone then it might be possible that Asim will also confess his feelings for Anjali.
