In newspaper it was reported yesterday that swanandi is touring abroad for more than a month now and likely to extend her tour further then how are they running this serial ?

This serial is ending on 12th Aug. New serial of Atul parchure will replace it at 10.30pm slot.

Thank God !!, partly it is relief . However it is an example of wasted opportunities. " 100 days " was another.The sad part is that an attractive concept with lot of potential has been destroyed.
Only the original producer & director can dare to revive it.

Yes but overdose of comedy serials now on ZM. 1 pm, 9.30pm and 10.30pm also. I wish they could have continued suspense thrillers at 10.30pm.

Funnily , DDD2 just became mildly interesting when ,in July 29 episode , They showed start of romantic angle between Pappya & Saavi.
" Friends" ran for several seasons & is one of the all time greats.Inspired from it , DDD 1, completed 1 year successfully . Its actors became stars.Several of the episodes are still watchable.
DDD 2 started with the whole starcast & lots of goodwill. It has flopped .
Neither the stars nor the goodwill could save it.
There may be a lot of blamegames going on at ZM about this . IMO there is only one reason , that is, there was no story.

Generally channel executives have to work in bureaucratic system. Only a risk taker can take a decision to start DDD2+next.
I think the rights of DDD1 remain with the producer Mr Sanjay Jadhav . (that is why change in name to Dobara). He has the capacity to start DDD1+next . Whether he is interested or able ( due to copyrights etc) , is in future.
