Shiv aajee in room calls Dadi. Againtrying to convince Dadi to come to Mumbai. Now possibly looks like she will come to Mumbai.
Door bell rings. Gauri at the door. Shiv sees her all dressed up. Nachiket asks why he is there. Aajee backs Shiv. Baba tells Shiv calmly to move on as Gauri has moved on. Wishes him all the best in life. But Shiv asks if Gauri is really happy. Goes downstairs and meets Chaubey. Angry that Baba is not able to recognize gauri's pain.
Shiv looks up and sees Gauri at the window in pain. But she walks off from the window.
At kata Aaiee and Gauri talking. Gauri acting like she is extemely happy with the boy and the big house. Then she inadvertently blurts out that she has been taught from childhood that when one has to choose between one's own happiness and happiness of family, it is always the family. Aaiee seems to get a jolt.
Aajee's vaad vivad with Baba. Aajee tells Baba to change with the times. Gauri very inattentive. Nisha puts in a taunt that it looks like Gauri is happy and dreaming about Akshat.
Aajee then asks Baba if Gauri is really happy. Baba looks a bit doubtful. Call from Akshat. Orders her to take half day as some friends are coming for lunch. When she tells she will ask Baba he says no need as he has asked her so.
Bauji tells Amma that they should go back to Benaras but Amma says she has to wait till Gauri is out of Shiv's life. Bauji caustically says that she is the only mother who is happy to break the dreams of her son. Dadi calls Amma. Informs her that she is coming to Mumbai. Tells her that Aajee has told her about Mumbadevi's blessings are required for Shiv to get hitched. Amma angry that Aajee is interfering.

Precap: Akshat's mom pressing Gauri to wear a costly necklace. Gauri very reluctant.

Kamal, don't expect any showdown immediately from Sawants esp Aai or Baba. Aai like Gauri has promised Baba to be always on his side no matter what. And Nisha who is now in good books of Baba is there to take care of things at home. Even if Gauri reaches home in that dress, I am sure Nisha will handle the situation well. When Gauri's alliance with Akshat breaks I am sure it will not be on petty issues like dress nd makeup. It will be much bigger issue like Akshat royally insulting Gauri in front of Baba or his family demanding dowry money.

Yes Dipali. It will be something big but the way Akshat is bossing over her, it will not take long for that situation to arrive.

Some very positive points today:
1)Gauri has more or less admitted to Aaiee that all this is just to see that Aaiee and Baba and the family is happy. The look on Aaiee's face indicates very clearly that she now knows Gauri's "happiness" is all a show.
2)Baba was very civil with Shiv and admitted that he is aware of all the help he has given to his family. Also wishes him well in life. That indeed is a dramatic turnaround I believe.
3)Dadi coming to Mumbai will put Amma under pressure. She will no more have a free hand in emotionally blackmailing Shiv.
4)Akshat has decided to order Gauri around and with least deference to Baba. This attitude will only increase.
5) Bauji plainly accusing Amma of playing with Shiv's emotions and looking to breakup his dreams.

So, dadi has finally decided to come to Mumbai!! Aaji n Shiv successful... But Amma is very upset with Shiv teaming up with Aaji, saying hum chodenge nahi Shiv ko!! So, Shiv aur Amma ke bich ab tension badhegi!! Bichhara ek tar... Gauri cha lagna tharalay...tyacha tension... Ni aata Amma pan traas denaar!!

Aaji was tbe best part today

She is not scared of anyone

Gauri finally was atleast shown conflicted

For some reason she does this facade type scenes nicely

OK here is a filmy possibility... Akshat takes Gauri out to a party and tries to do some hanky panky with her and Shiv lands up there (don't ask me how, the CVs can work that out) and rescues her. Eka dagdat don pakshi. Akshat out Shiv in! Even Baba will find it difficult to reject Shiv under such circumstances.

Yes that Khidki scene and also His response to Baba... I've already seen it 6 times !!! Both were fabulous!
