Yesterday, I was pretty sure this serial wouldn't end, and now you folks are making me doubt myself

As I said yesterday, weird for the makers if they end the serial just after the marriage- Shauri have the ability to become the next big couple on the screen (since JYRG) if they're given time and space to grow as characters. Their chemistry is good, especially in romantic/nok-jhok scenes, and there'll be plenty of scope for more of those scenes post marriage.

The story also seems to suggest that Gauri winning over her in-laws is a key part of this serial, and we haven't come to that part at all.

I'd feel a little cheated if the serial ended at Shauri's marriage to be honest. It would feel abrupt and you'd feel justice hasn't been done to several characters, most prominently Gauri's.

I don't think KDP will end on Shauri's marriage...

Just saw the episode and few conversations grabbed my attention.

There is new serial promo being aired . But I also read somewhere that maybe RKC is ending soon.

Keeping fingers crossed, they dont axe KDP so soon.

May be what MJ wanted to say in this interview is that his part is getting over and the scene will soon shift to benaras..

After that he may have only limited role/scenes..

Currently KDP is the only sensible serial amongst all on ZM and Colors. I tried following 'tuzyvachun...' on Colors, but it did not appeal to me . Baki serials toh looking at the getup, its waste of time.

And I agree with Natasha here - forget about the acting skills of Sayali, but as Gauri, the Cvs should have shown the suffocation of Gauri - her sulking for a Shiv, her recollecting all the sweet moments with Shiv. It's undoubtedly CVs fault, whatever is their limitation, but from a story point of view Shauri don't seem to be equally affected.

I think this is the crux of the matter why Gauri is not receiving any sympathy. If the CVs had shown her pining for Shiv there would have been no doubts about Gauri giving up Shiv only because of tremendous pressure from home. They could so easily have shown her crying when in bed and going through the earlier messages sent by Shiv. They could have shown her totally lost when interacting with her aaiee and Baba. They could have so easily have shown her waiting at the bus stop and remembering those moments of joy with him. On the other hand we have a surfeit of moments where Shiv is shown desperate for her and has so many dialogues reminding us of his feelings. It is pure and simple they have deliberately allowed Gauri's character to be shown as casual about her feelings for Shiv.

[DIV]Akshat's mother buying things for Gauri, "I dont know your choice" And Akshat adding on "Now our choice is going to be hers..."

This attitude is already alerting Aaiee about the pitfalls in this alliance. You could see her concern for her daughter clearly visible on her face. I think soon she will get alarmed and stand up strongly against the alliance. That is what I noticed from yesterday's epi. It remains to be seen how long Baba will take to realise his mistake (if at all he realizes it).
