Kshiti, now just putting up some hypothetical views (now that we are coming to the close of JYRG and have ample time for such abstract discussions):

There is a workplace where almost everyone is like a family. A man and a woman are working on a project, very closely interacting everyday for almost 2 years. If they hate each other, will it not reflect in the project? If in fact the project is an overwhelming success it means they are perfectly complementing each other doesn't it?

When the project is over and the man and woman go their separate ways, do they hate each other so much that they will NEVER again talk to each other?

Just imagine after two or three weeks, will they not miss their interaction? Will they not call each other to find out what is happening in each other's lives? Just don't think I am referring to JYRG but as a general case in any workplace situation.

Can this situation not build up to a real life julne of reshimgathi? This is the eternal Optimist/romantic in me speaking.😳
