What really frustrates me is this AD's treatment of MD. It seems to me to be worse than Dabbi's infatuation of AD. Is it that the wife always has to feel obliged to her husband and the husband cares two hoots of his wife's feelings and that is considered OK? How many times have we heard Erandel (and even MD herself) say tu (mi) kiti nashibvan ahes, AD sarkha navra milala. On the other hand how many times Mai (and AD) have said amhi kiti nashibvan ahot ki they have got a daughter-in-law(wife) who is loving,caring and sensible? How many times has AD said that he would like to be MD's husband janmo janmi? Looks like MD has been taken for granted and it is now visible in AD's attitude towards MD.
