teju completed the shooting of both films LPK and DR.PRAKASH BABA AMTE before HSMHG could have started and in both films she is not playing the main lead so because of that she could have managed the shooting of both the films

before HSMHG tejashri was being known to industry as she has featured in two marathi movies like zenda,sharayat and daily soaps like lek ladki ya gharchi etc. so if we consider TP'S career graph before HSMHG she wasn't newcomer

same thing does not go with SSK before HSMHG SSK was a newcomer as he has done just two serials like kalay tasmaya namah and swapananchya palikadale but after HSMHG he has got lot of fan following

and for me he is the only marathi hero who has that chocolate hero kind of qualities

and as mentioned by shashank itself in one of his interviews that he is getting lot of film offers but "mi movies madhye kam karayala dusara shashank kuthun anu "

one thing i want to admit that i never imagined that i will follow a marathi serial the way i follow HSMHG,TP,SSK even though i know that the story line is not going well

after HSMHG both SSK and TP have emerged as a future stars of marathi industry

What can I say about today's episode? Same shyte different day. 😆

- Aais bugging Shree about not eating enough since he's become so thin from eating out for a whole month 😲 while inadvertently dissing Janu's cooking skills. I seriously can not believe Shashashri had to come back to work to tape meaningless scenes like these.

- Aji waxing poetic about Janu and how Shree is super intelligent because he picked her. 😆

- Baby constantly looking for some evidence to crucify Sharayu. That woman needs a hobby. 😡

- Sharayu stumbling over her words yet again but smart, intelligent, savvy business woman like aji couldn't figure out she was lying. 😆

- Baldy and Janu's moronic bro are back. Yet again.

- Did the wardrobe dept get a buy 1 get 1 deal on Janu's saree? Yesterday's epi she was wearing a similar saree in red color and today, yellow. Told ya, same shyte different day. 😉

The only good thing I noticed today was how SSK had his hands resting on TP's shoulder/hand while S-J were getting ready to leave for work. I don't think he needed to do that. Especially when Shree asked where Sharayu was. So I will chalk that up to the newlywed thing. 😉

@SW - When I decided to put SR and MD next to each other, I hesitated finalizing that sentence knowing what your reaction would be. I am lucky that I did not get bashed your SW style 😉. The story did lose its charm since the wedding time - so July to October was the golden era, and that's pretty short.

I must say - it is surprising that two 'Punekars' are actually agreeing on a lot of points on this forum...something very rare right? I actually had put a comment about the power of a Production House / director dictating terms to ZM on the FB page of HSMHG. To restate : I had said how come Satish Rajwade gets to run the story of a serial the way he wants to without letting the channel steer the story to a nonsense track whereas people like MD who come to ZM after directing a serial (KTLK) on a channel like Sony and have to bow to the ZM channel's dumb creative directors??😲 I guess, after reaching that abode of glory ( 90% because of the lead pair), like you say, MD may not be caring anymore.

Whatever...I did not watch today's episode. Ruchi, thanks for the summary and seems there were more W*F's today also. 😡 🥱 You seem to find romance in such episodes also, cheers for that! Why did you change your DP? I thought it was symbolic of SK&TP's vacation !! Its good that SK and TP got to go for a real HM, they must not have really cared about shooting such nobrainer scenes, thinking about Sri Lankan beaches😉😆. Isn't it sad that MD did not think of shooting some simple romantic scenes and get them into that vacation mood...as if that was required??😉 My jet's veered off like the story track, but I really don't want t watch the serial at least for a week.

I am hanging in there but I am not doing that great. 😆 I am thisclose to giving it up. The only reason I am still watching HSMHG is my fav couple on GH is being destroyed beyond repair. 😭 I invested 6 long years in them only to see them being ripped to shreds. 😡

When there is not a lot of substance to the scenes, my attention wanders all over the screen and I end up noticing things. 😆 SSK's hand placement was hard to miss because it wasn't needed in that scene. 😉

I really have no clue what MD is thinking. He's literally wasting a chance to capitalize on SK-TP's brilliant chemistry. Someone needs to tell him to watch JanuShree's morning after the wedding scene. How frigging awesome was that? The chemistry between them was off the charts. They certainly didn't need MD to get them in their HM mode but we definitely need some romance on the show. But MD has made sure Shree's priority is his aji not his wife. So basically, he's gonna call and worry about granny. There won't be any romance on our screen anytime soon.

Oh and I changed my profile pic. 😉 This one is much prettier to look at. 😛

Ruchi, yes they are SK's parents behind Teju in the LPK premier photo. Must be in Pune.

Just watched episode, actually it wasn't that bad.

SK was defiantly in touch me, feel me, love me mode😆

All the characters behaving according to their characteristics😆 You know, Mavshi begging Shri for Mahapooja. Shri not believing in karmkand and trying to teach her to love the Things God made for us, Janu agreeing with Shri. Mothers worrying about Shri's food, Baby suspecting Sharyu and telling her concern to Aai- Aaji.😆

At last, Aai- Aaji thought about possibility of Sharyu meeting her hubby!

Also, her thing about Janu's question about trust😊

Story is moving, finally!

Ruchi,

What a catch!! That is the premier of LPK in Pune in the 1st week of October 2013. By then the proposal in HSMHG had happend, so wasn't it but natural that SSK's parents attended the premier 😉
