Yesterday's episode clearly revealed that Samar is the culprit. He did perpetrate a crime, his intention was to hurt Garv when he asked Girish to remove the big stone from the vehicle's tyre so that it could move. However, Garv got saved as a stone stopped the car and Balwant's son got hit.
It was disgusting how Shakti was celebrating the news and literally rolling on the floor happy. Krishna is his brother, how can he be so heartless. Samar is as sick and disgusting as Shakti.
How Samar changed from an innocent boy to a devil, got to do a lot with Shakti I think.
