this is weird and confusing please explan

hey everyone

if askhay always had wife and kid prior to this. .then why did he marry mamta... and he was the one who fell in love with mamta... according to video his other kid looks big so that means he had affair piror to mamta.. maybe durinng time he was married to tanisha.. he was not happy wit hehr so he had affair and this is his kid.. then why did he fall in love with mamta. .and married her... he cold have brought the other wife and kid into this house after tanisha... because mamta and him were not married.. if he cares for this lady lot..

right.. it seems like they just added this story without this knowledge that we can pick it up.. out of nowehre they put this story.. it looks like that.. so weird...
