October 22

There is major pandemonium in the house after what happens and Simran shows Bua Akshay meet Mamta outside school. Bua is scandalised and decides to take action against the same. She gets a barber and arranges for the head tonsuring ritual. Akshay and his family are also invited and they are shocked. Mamta is helpless and her plea to Bua and Simran goes unheard. Vandana is helpless. Mamta looks at Akshay who gets up to stop the ritual.

October 23

The ritual is stopped but Bua feels insulted. Mamta asks Simran what she wants by doing this. Simran just doesnt want to see Mamta happy. Mamta tells her thatb God will do justice and be warned about it. Later Vandana comes across the CD which has the truth about Sid and Mamta's fake marriage. Vandana sees it and is shocked.

October 24

Vandana tells Mamta that they have to go somewhere. She asks Simran if Akshay is a good husband material and would he make a good son-in-law. Simran is elated. She affirms saying that Akshay is a dream husband. Vandana calls up the Shrivastavs saying that she has her daughter's hand to give to Akshay. The Shrivsatavs are happy. Akshay is unaware of all of this. Mamta is shoecked when she gets to know that they are going for Akshay's engagement ceremony. When they all gather at the Shrivastav house, Akshay ia helplessly looking at Mamta who is holding back tears. That's when Vandana asks Krish to get the engagement rings and asks her 'beti' Mamta to step instead of Simran. Apologies are exchanged and every one is happy about the engagement. Simran says sorry to both Akshay and Mamta.

October 25

The happy couple is blessed by both the families. Damyanti gives Mamta a kada, that had been in their family for generations-one that she had, however never gifted to Tanisha. When Vandana, Simran and Mamta return home, the happy mood seems to dissipate a little. Simran is still hurting over Akshay and Vandana realizes hopw much she's going to miss Mamta. Simran tries to get away from Akshay by re-applying for work in New Zealand to get over him. Mamta overhears Simran weeping bitterly for Akshay and decides that if it makes Simran that unhappy then she would not marry Akshay.

October 26

Mamta tells Vandana that she would not marry Akshay if it is distressing Simran so much. Vandana counsels Mamta, not to worry about Simran as she would be fine. Simran feels touched and guilty about Mamta's selfless gesture towards her and stresses to Mamta that she needs to go ahead with this marriage for everyone's sake including Krish's. Mamta's selflessness even manages to induce a change of heart in Mami, who apologizes to her for everything. There is an emotional tussle for Mamta as both the Srivastavs and Vandana have organized a Janmashtami pooja and she desries to be present at both. Mamta decides to attend Vandana's pooja first as it is being done for Sid and she feels she owes much to both Vandana and Sid. Mamta is worried about letting down Akshay's family, but he resolves her dilemma by getting them all over to Sid's house to participate in the pooja. After this, Mamta is sitting at the Janmashtami pooja where Krish calls her Mama, to which the Pandit reacts strongly by saying that the pooja has been ruined as it was supposed to be done by a kunwari kanya and Mamta is obviously not one as she is the mother of a child. Everyone is shocked and Mamta is really distressed.

October 30

A tearful Bidai for Mamta who gets emotional and weeps bitterly even as Vandana chockes up about Sid. Mamta finally returns to the Srivastava house as their Bahu. She can't help remembering her earlier days there as Krish's nanny. Damyanti tries to hand over the symbolic house keys to Mata, a gesture which she appreciates but refuses as she considers Damyanti the real malkin of the house. Krish joins Mamta and Akshay on their bridal bed. Akshay and Mamta time talking and putting Krish to sleep. Akshay is not very happy when mamta sings Krish a song that Sid used to sing for him, he inquires if Sid loved her, Mamta answers no, he was just a friend. Karan is not too pleased about all the importance being given to Mamta, he voices his displeasure to Shaina. After Krish is finally asleep, Akshay attempts to hug Mamta, she gets sudden flashes, which are so disturbing that she faints.

The Pandit says that Mamta has sarp dosh and that Akshay would die.

November 1

Damyanti panics because of the Sarp Dosh topic but Mamta assures her that nothing would happen

NOvember 2

Mamta is missing. Karan and Akshay have a fight over difference of opinion over Mamta.

November 5

Mamta finally comes back. 😛 😃
