Sid is shocked to know that mamta is krish's mom… akshay says that he wanted to tell him even since he saw her as his bride… he adds that this women cant fall in love with anyone, she can just betray people… mamta cries and leaves, sid calls her…. He stops her and asks her to tell him everything, he screams at her, telling why did she hide… mamta thinks about what akshay said, sid asks her to know what the truth is, mamta says that she is not akshay's wife but she is krish's mom.. Sid says that he saw the picture who some one sent at his place, but didn't say anything… mamta is shocked, sid asks her to talk, she asks him if he will belive her? Sid asks her to atleast try…she tells him everything (we see the same old flashbacks, of her being a surrogate,mamta telling akshay, everything)… sid asks her if she new that akshay was his friend, mamta says that she didn't know… sid looks up and screams: oohhhhh gggggoooooooodddd..(again, AWESOME CHEMISTRY and great acting by Sid)

They go home, and vandana says that there is a pooja at home and he needs to be a part of him, but sid remembers that its mamta's first court hearing tomorrow. Mamta wonders what to do… sid goes to akshay, sid says that he belives mamta and understands her more than him…akshay says that mamta is a liar, and she has used him, and got married to him for his money… sid says that mamta hasn't done anything of that sort,,, akshay says that if he doesn't belive him, its ok, but he knows the real mamta… and as a friend he asks him to be careful, and he needs to decide who to belive, his friend or his wife… sid gets upset, and leaves…sid is alone, and recollects what mamta and akshay said… he remembers that mamta told him that she doesn't need his help and even after getting the tajori's keys, she didn't use the money.. Sid wonders what to do… there dadi and akshay's dad go with akshay to the court…

There is a pooja going on at home, mamta and sid keep looking at the watch… they have a silent eye contact… sid keeps thwoing the rice in the fire, and mamta slows him down… they keep looking at the watch…the pooja is finally over and they touch everyone's feet… they look at the watch, and mamta leaves in the taxi, akshay reaches court, and talks to his lawyer, mamta reaches there… she meets hs lawyer, and her lawyer says that she is not late, her lawyer adds that he willl not fight mamta's case, since they cant win and he cant let his reputation die… he gives mamta her money… Tani comes and gives the lawyer money and thanks him for not fighting the case… mamta wonders what to do… she runs around to find a lawyer, but no one helps her out….

The case starts,, akshay's lawyer tells the judge that mamta is not here, nor is her lawyer… mamta there keeps looking for a lawyer,,, akshay's lawyer asks the judge protests that mamta is still not here… the judge is about to say that the case will be postpostend, just then mamta comes in, the judge asks her about her lawyer, mamta is silent… the judge yells at her, and says that she needs a lawyer, JUST THEN….. LADIES AND GENTLE MEN, PUT YOUR HANDS TOGETHER, FOR THE ONE AND ONLY,
