-Tanisha's truth is exposed to Akshay...he wants a divorce...family is obviously against it. Akshay is hell-bent on getting a divorce though he is too ashamed to tell the family all that Tanisha has done. Tanisha dhamkaos Mamta that she must get married...her latest ultimatum is that Mamta must agree to marriage in 24 hours...in all this neither Akshay nor Mamta are happy at all abt the idea of Mamta getting married.

-Sid a new character will be marrying Mamta through a contract marriage. He is marrying her cuz he is attracted to her and also to please his mom. Mamta is marrying him to get help to fight and get Krish back from the Srivastav family. Akshay and Sid are best friends but as of yet Akshay doesn't know that Sid's going-to-be wife is Mamta. Akshay is taking good care of Krish, his business, and the family
