Mamta turns back and it is a surprise given by Akshay, and says happy birthday to her she is speechless and she got flashes of her father and at last she asks her why he wants to make her happy.what is the relation between us. Akshay is disturbed. Nanda and Karan come from a party, Nanda thanks him for take her to a party. In Resort Garden Sameer tells Tanisha that he has done all these to take revenge, Tanisha is shell-shocked and runs away from there. Nanda is caught by Mamta and she tells about the party to Mamta. On the way come back to home Tanisha is weeping more out of anger and humiliation than sorrow. Tanisha is shocked to see Akshay and Mamta dancing together.
