May 14th Update

Episode #67 (14th May 08)

The mechanic finally manages to fix the car. It also stops raining and Siddharth and Aanchal head back home.

Aanchal's mami blames her husband for letting Aanchal go so far and consequently, for her getting stuck. She is extremely upset with Aanchal because this is the first time ever that Aanchal has lied to her. Sudip gets worried when he learns that Aanchal is still not back home. He wonders what she would be doing with Siddharth at this hour in the night. Mami gets doubtful about Sudip's intentions and wonders if he is troubled by Siddharth and Aanchal being together.

Aanchal finally reaches home and apologizes to her mami and promises to never lie again. Her mami, who has always considered her niece Aanchal as her own daughter, forgives her.

Hariman is waiting for Siddharth to return. He recollects Lalita saying that she doesn't mind Siddharth getting married again. Infact, she cannot oppose it because she herself is Hariman's second wife. Hariman wonders if Lalita is right about Aanchal and Siddharth when Siddharth comes back home. Hariman notices a hairpin stuck in Siddharth's collar. On questioning, Siddharth says it must be Aanchals pin and wonders how it got there. Hariman gets suspicious and Lalita finally heaves a sigh of relief.
