May 5^th '08 MTPH Written Update

Dheeraj blows up at his mom for stooping this low, and spying on Siddharth. Siddharth drops off his employee and is driving home when he sees a guy playing guitar for his friends and he remembers how happy jaya and he were when they bought a guitar for Ayush. Back home Anchal is teaching the kids when Juhi notices Anchal penning down a poem. After they insist she reads it aloud for them. They are glad to hear the poem is abt them and their dad. Chanchal and Lalita watch this from outside and are angry. Chanchal tells Lalita that Anchal is using the kids' emotions to come closer to Sid. Lalita replies that she does not mind Sid remarrying, but what she does not want is Anchal as Sid's new wife cuz not only will this be their defeat, also that Anchal will make their life hell. Later, Sid comes home and sees Anchal in the main room with closed eyes reciting the poem. She is embarrassed when she opens her eyes and sees him stand there. She tells him that they will have to do something to make Ayush happy and that she thinks that giving him a gift wud be the perfect way. Hearing this, Sid remembers how Jaya's thoughts were just like this. He agrees and tells her that he will bring the gift soon. Chanchal overhears them talking something abt a gift and misinterprets.

Chanchal tells Lalita that she just heard Anchal asking Sid for a gift, and that Sid agreed to it. Chanchal adds that Sid has begun spending money on Anchal now. This worries Lalita even more. In Mamaji's house, Mama is talking to Sachin on the phone. Anchal and Mami are glad seeing this. Back at the Tyagi's Juhi is reciting Anchal's poem to Sid. Ayush comes there and Sid asks him to sit with him. He then asks him what he wants for a gift for winning the competition. He hesitates to reply and then tells that he doesn't want anything. Sid then tells him that he will bring something of his choice for Ayush. Sid leaves and as he is leaving the room he turns around and notices Ayush sitting sad and in thoughts and feels sad for him realizing that he is missing his mom. Episode ends.
