Exactly. It feels horrible that they aren't giving us more of the leads especially if the show is coming to an end. They shouldn't care about trp if it's ending. Just make the story memorable for it's viewers.

It all stems from her insecurity about Arya but also her low sense of self-worth. She's so involved in being Kian's mother that she forgot to be Janvi and prioritize her own happiness. We saw this during the Sadhu track as well as right after her wedding with Arya, when she expressed that she didn't deserve all this love and affection. Even in the recent scene where he decorated the room for her, she didn't feel she deserved it, which shocked him a lot, since he wants to do everything for to make her feel special.

She does understand that he won't accept another woman, that's why she's now trying to make him hate her so that he can easily accept her departure later on, even though he keeps insisting that if anyone leaves it will be Anushka.

She still prioritizes Kian's future and happiness over all else, so she doesn't want to take him away from his father. Would she feel the same if she realizes that Suyesh is the bio dad and that Kian isn't biologically a Bundela at all? She is seeing things as black and white but if Arya knew what was going on he'd definitely find a way to solve everything. Also, I think she's doing a great injustice to Kian and Arya both because no matter how nice Anushka is, Kian can't live without Janvi and Arya can't stand to see Janvi and Kian separate. He sees them as a single package.

Even in the preview for the next episode he is adamant that no matter who does the prayers and fasting officially, in his mind Janvi will always be the real mother since she fulfilled all the motherly duties towards Kian.

That's why. Only Arya and Kian can stop her from sacrificing her place to her sister. They can't imagine any other woman in her place as mom and wife.

The only thing so weird about their bedroom romance was she still calling him 'sir'...

She hasn't even been able to take his name without that tag...

I would hate to see a hasty wrap up without all loopholes being closed, so please let Arya at least discover Mansi as being behind the assassination, about Suyesh, the drug case, etc.

I can't believe what they've done to a fabulous story and premise. They had so much material to work with, unlike most of the crap we see these days!! The wedding ruined everything and now all we'll get is fights and no romance, no use of chemistry between leads, and what will feel like a mundane show. I know all good things come to an end but I would have loved this to end well, it could have achieved cult status because of how different the treatment was. Maybe they don't care about TRPs anymore as they're trying to wrap up the story. What a shame? Waste of amazing leads, who I hope will work together again - they are magical! I feel bad that their potential was wasted and hope a good PH signs them up again, although it's rare for leads to be repeated. KV has an exception in that case though. This is the first of Karan's show that I'm watching so I wasn't familiar with his previous work. I went back and checked and I'll say this show/character is by far his best work. He's improved a lot and emoted amazingly, even compared to his last show. It's a shame he won't get to play it much longer.

They are all at Sonali Jaffer's birthday party (she's the writer). Can we pass a message for them to fix the writing and bring this back on track or is the decision made. There hasn't been much promotion of this show, nothing on social media, it didn't get a good slot, and still the team did a fab job until the channel probably interfered and made a mess. I'm so sad, it's been ages since I last watched a good show and looked forward to new episodes. I just hope they finish this Anushka drama and give us some nice moments between the leads after all.

The most recent episode had a scene between Arya and Janvi that seemed like a last-minute insert because of the way it was shot and how Janvi was hastily styled. I hope I'm wrong about the show going off air this soon. I read online it would be end of September, and I hope that's still the case.

Yeah..those tracks about Raina and Suyash should be explored and closed before the show ends ..

And also the relationship between Arya and Brij which is vital part of the story. Arya has also been struggling to get some love from his dad. Kian and Janvi mending their relationship would have been so nice to watch.

I really wish they hadn't brought in this Anushka. The story could have progressed better even without her. They had so much to explore.

If the show is ending soon, I'm happy that they did not destroy Arya's character and make him a toxic guy.

This is the first show of Karan and Ulka too that I'm watching. They have good chemistry and their character portrayal had been great. Both having their own strengths and weaknesses.

If this show was with some better PH with more influence and clout, it would have more chance of survival. As it is if the hannel has decided to axe it, it means the PH is not able to sustain their demands.

Agree about Karan. This is his best performace and I have watched all his shows starting from Zindagi Ki Mahek. I hate it's being cut short like this.

On the same note - I think its high time they put some controls in place on ITV. Some PHs get favourable treatments despite rubbish shows and go on indefinately while others struggle to survive. They should bring in finite episode shows with pre-approved story lines. Any extension could be on case by case basis or come as a next season, again as a finite series. This way there would be fair competition and powerful PHs won't get to screw the audience the way they are now.

I've watched their previous show in zee. Tujhse hai raabta. It ran around 3 years. The lead pair is still shipped. They got good trp for that show I guess.

Of course the writing went up and down there too. Precovid the story was better, but post covid they took a leap in the story and then it went downhill. Still many of us watched it on and off..forum was also quite active.

Another really good episode. The more Anushka plays her games to sow division, the angrier Arya is getting. He's clearly identifying her as the root of all issues in his marriage and his family and is looking for any evidence to kick her out. I think he's suspicious and is scrutinizing her activities today.

Janvi might think she's going to sacrifice everything for Kian but her husband just told her he doesn't care about anything else, in his eyes Kian's only mother is Janvi because she truly fulfilled all her duties and he believes their bond is unbreakable. Poor Kian is so sad and confused because he thinks his mother is forgetting about him since the new auntie showed up. He wants her to pray for him but she has to break his heart and her own. I loved the scene where Kian prays for her to express his love, even though she's trying to distance herself for him. He's sad but doesn't stop loving her or praying for her safety and wellbeing. This was such a beautifully done scene and reminded me of the initial episodes where he did the same.

Father and son are the same in this regard, they both love her to the point of worship. Why doesn't she see and accept it? Anushka is delusional if she thinks she can break this trio. I'm wondering if Janvi feels jealous or left out because she's not part of the inner bio circle, she looked hurt when she saw Arya tying the thread on Anushka's wrist, but clearly his next words showed her that her efforts to distance from him wouldn't work. Even if she wants to remove herself from the role of Arya's mother, Arya won't let that happen and neither will Kian as we see later.

Dadaji once again reminding the adults, especially Arya that it's not all about them, that Kian is the important one. I can't believe Arya left his son alone with Anushka. No matter what his feelings are about the two mothers, his focus should be to protect his son and spend time with him, but he's too busy being angry. I'm glad Dadaji made him see sense.

LOL at Anushka taking part in a prayer ritual to protect Kian that actually contributes to her own downfall at some point.

Five stars for Prince. That kid's scoring one goal after another and I hope his innocent observations will be noticed by Arya at least, so that he can piece things together.

I love seeing an alert ML. Arya did say he'd become tedha if necessary, kind of like he was in the early days. I loved that instead of accepting Dadaji's praise of Anushka for saving Janvi from the hot oil, Arya's response was that had he been there, he would have saved Janvi himself. I am liking the angry young man version of him, because Janvi is a total emotional mess at this point and Arya can see she's blinded by her sisterly love, which is why he doesn't want to hurt her. I just hope they don't dumb her down too much and that she spots the clues as needed. It's clear she won't tell Arya why she's being protective of Anushka, i.e. her heart condition but I'm sure Arya now finds her behavior absurd.

As we predicted, Anushka is here for money and now we know she has one or more creditors she needs to pay back. I feel like she won't be caught just yet, but the creditor showing up at the Bundela mansion should hopefully plant a little seed of doubt in Janvi or Arya's mind.

Brij's election campaign is coming up. Will Suyesh again use Arya to mess it up or will Arya this time save his father's career and start to win him over? There's a date announced for the rally so Janvi's departure from the mansion will probably be before that, if Arya doesn't discover the truth. I would love it if he finds out and then leaves the Bundela mansion with Kian, to go live in Janvi's old apartment.

The writing seems to be much more coherent in this episode and it flowed better. I think the upcoming episodes will show some decent movement in the story.

+1 to not showing him as a toxic ML. I don't think they ever meant to follow the typical 2 sisters story here. Janvi's not even fighting and Anushka doesn't really care about Kian or Arya, she just wants money.

I love that Arya's day 1 traits are still present. He's always had great observation skills and we see them now. He's not blinded by his love for Janvi and he doesn't take her BS too long. LOL.

I was hoping after the marriage that we'd see more of Brij and Arya but the writers are keeping them apart. If they had a few more months then I'd be ok with the pace but if they want to wrap up soon I want to see more scenes with them.

Can I just take a second to praise the creative team for the romantic scene? They designed it so that when Arya landed on the bed his head would be able to rest on the balloon to support his neck, without it popping. Otherwise you get MLs either with their head flat on the bed or hanging midair awkwardly. These little nuances tell you how great the planning and execution is. Props to the team for that!

While I'm here, let me also praise the way they use mirrors in some scenes to create that extra intense effect, like when Arya was telling Janvi on the wedding night that he never judged her because their love was above everything.
