I love this show!

Hello folks,
This is my first post on this forum. I caught on with this show recently and so far I am loving it.! I am surprised to see that their is not all that much activity on this forum.
I love the angle they are giving the relationship of Mahishasur and Durga / Gauri and Mahesh.
This Asur came to earth with some unrequited "love" issues, and wants to posses the beauty in any way, there is also the little issue of her killing him in the past that he wants to make sure he avenges...and no one will stand in his way...not even his fellow Asurs. Poor guy, cuteness aside. I don't believe his character would have a change of heart and turn good suddenly, although that can happen in TV land. However I am enjoying this...falling for the enemy.
I guess these guys don't believe in unity in thier community and if they so happen to defeat the Devta's and win the Trilok...it will take two seconds for another war to break loose to see WHICH one of them will Rule...obviously thier weak point is each man wanting it for HIMSELF.!
Some are saying Durgaa's only love is Shiva. But it is obvious here Gauri is a bit smitten with the cute Mahesh. Also the Sadhu's words to her were a bit baffling to me when he said: "they could not be together in the past nor now..." 😕 I just assumed the only emotion Durgaa ever felt for Maheshasur was Rage, anger and hate... Which makes his warning a bit more curious.
Can't wait to see where they take us in the future, but so far it is rocking!

I am still pinning my hopes on Mahesh being brainwashed or probably impersonated by Mahish.. I mean why the hell does Mahishasur have two avatars in this show??

I am really loving this show but Mahesh turning out to be an asur has been big disappointment...hope real Mahesh survives..

He will survive and who knows they might surprise by giving his character a rebound where he ends becoming positive again.. I am still hoping that Mahesh isn't Mahish but rather being controlled by him.. I hope my wish comes true..

I am under the impression he is a shape shifter... he can manipulate his voice that we know for sure

One more thing that I do not understand is that why the show is showing Asurs as ghosts and spirits? Only ghost and spirits are scared of gods not Asurs...Infact Asurs worshipped lord Shiva and Shukracharya is supposed to be great disciple of Lord Shiva...So how come Asurs become scared of sacred powers of gods in this show?

Maybe they're trying to show them as oppressed beings or some kinda underdogs waging a war against the Gods to redefine their position in the universe..

Well it's finite episode series so its bound to end soon.. But the story could have been better..
