While I try to follow the episodes I find it difficult to ignore some flaws. Does anyone feel the same?
1. Were Shumbh-Nishumbh and Tarkasur contemporaries
Tarkasur is shown to seek a boon from Mahadev and then disappear from the story for sometime. First of all, why did he seek such a boon and when(during Sati time, Shiv's Samadhi or after Shiv-Parvati's marriage). Secondly, why would an asur who considers himself immortal sit silently. Third, was he just another asur serving Shumbh-Nishumbh.
Reply- Basically Taraksur was killed before shumbh nishumbh's coming they wanted to relate and sometimes the story is like that it demands like this. the thing is before the birth of Kartikeya MAa Gauri has to realize her full strength of her as adi shakti and mahakali so they depicted it like that. He may be gone for the sleep because he thought his followers can live freely and he can come back wehenevr he want as Sati was dead and Parvati can't become mother so it was not needed... they wanted to interrelate the things beside every serial will have different theme depending upon the folklore (stories written in books but their way of showing changed if they don't enhance people will feel repetitve as lots of people have seen previous shows and have read them.)
2. Shumbh-Nishumh's boon
Why would anyone keep a loop while seeking a boon? Did they ever realize their mistake of missing out women while seeking the boon?
Reply- lollzz they can't have the boon of being immortal it is not given to anybody and beside they are asur and they thought women are just useless and weak they can't defeat them as man are physically strong and woman are not they have seen. (in real life too people due to body structure people think women are not that much physically strong). That's why they left they didn't knew women can be strong. 3. Parvati didn't know Mahadev's past.
Parvati might not be aware of her previous birth but was she really unaware of Mahadev's past too? Very unconvincing.
Reply- It can happen as she was the reincarnation if it was told may be the adishakti will be awake when parvati is not able to handle the power of it that's why they left it then and didn't tell the whole truth or may be she only knew about sati being first wife and didn't knew how she dies some time you don't start a topic and never ask if it hurts your better half sati is the painful and loved part of Lord shiva. IT was shown in devon ke dev mahadev tooo i guess when the parvati's mahakali roop was awoke. It was not revealed. Parvati never asked. as if i see i would have been like her
4. Asuras residing in Patal lok even after winning Swarg lok
Am I the only one who finds it strange? no matter what you have won you will not leave your cozy place patal lok is safest place for asur that's why?
5. Quality of disappearing
Both gods and asuras have this elusive power of disappearing from a spot. Do they forget it at times? Devi Lakshmi looked so helpless when Nishumbh was about to capture her. Similarly Shumbh-Nishumbh running for life with Mahakaali chasing them looked funny
Reply- elusive power needs concentration and the needs to go at the exact place when your death is near and you knew you can get killed first instinct is run and in case of mahakali too if you are chasing someone and someone has run you will follow his or her instinct common traits of nature you follow on your pure instinct.
6. Human portrayal of Tridev-Tridevi
Tridev-Tridevi's are known to be all-knowing who can see the past and future. For once, I can excuse Parvati considering her a human but cannot digest the restless and what will happen now' behavior of Lakshmi-Narayan
Reply- No, Only tridev has the power to see past present and future and few rishi who has attained a big things with their devotion like Maharishi Vashisht, Valmiki etc. Narayan knows but one thing is that they can't interfere so, they remain silent and never told anything about future.
7. Casting and costumes
Height mismatch between Tridev-Tridevi's looks quite awkward. I find Lakshmi-Saraswati's jewellery and wig pathetic. They don't look like Godesses.
hieght mis match merko nhi laga and I like the get ups of everyone. I can't justify this point better give example of height mismatch for me...
