Plus him being suthanu is more probable for a very simple reason that yudhishtra and Arjuna both calls him as king of indraprasth. Not only coronated but king if ip. Because apparently females were Kshetra (field) of husbands, so any tree/fruit from that field would belong to the owner (husband) Irrespective of who sows the seed.
