Twins were one year younger to Arjun..

Assuming that Drupad didn't delay Krishnaa's Swayamwar by many years, she would have been 16-17 at max 18 (even that number is highly far fetched going by the standards of those days) else they would have mentioned her as a girl for late marriage

Now before the Swayamwar.

They stayed at Ekchakranagri for a year

Bheem stayed with Hindimbi for Ghatochkach birth - 9 months

They stayed at Varnavrat for one year

At least three months time lag between Varnavrat and Yudhishtir coronation (in fact more, because Lakshagriha construction started after the coronation and it would have taken time)

So there was at least 3 years gap between coronation and Swayamwar

Before the coronation Snatak samaroh happened

Now even going by most pessimistic standards there has to be a time gap of three years between Snatak Samaroh(Rangbhumi) and Swayamwar.

To be younger than Draupadi, twins need to be at max 18 at the time of Swayamwar or 15 at the time of Rangbhumi.

Now a 16 year old Abhimanyu has been called a kid, so if they were only15 year old, twins would have been called kids as well but that's not the case. Aside its highly improbable for them to complete their education at such small age especially when they came to Hastinapur not as toddlers but pretty understanding kids and DronAshram started some time after their arrival.

Nothing actually suggests that they could be younger to Draupadi. I guess it's some ArDi shipper thought that Draupadi n Arjun were of the same age
