prītaḥ priyāyai suta somamātre

Arjun's beloved, suta soma's mother.

The person being talked about is Arjun because he is giving the jewellery

And names cant have confusion because

Suta soma was named so for bhima's 1000 soma yagyas

Srutakirti was named so for Arjun!s conquests of the exile, khandavdahan and rajasuya , named so because of the fame that was heard every where for Arjun. Shruta (heard) Kirti (fame) of Arjun

The below two stanzas are contradictory to eachother

This is one from sabha parva-

The auspicious Panchali also, from her five husbands, obtained five sons all of whom were heroes of the foremost rank and immovable in battle like the hills. Prativindhya by Yudhishthira, Sutasoma by Vrikodara, Srutakarman by Arjuna, Satanika by Nakula, and Srutasena by Sahadeva,--these were the five heroes and great warriors that Panchali brought forth, like Aditi bringing forth the Adityas.

This is one is from bhism parva -

White steeds with black necks, endued with the speed of the mind, O monarch, and exceedingly obedient to the driver, bore prince Prativindhya. Whitish yellow steeds bore Sutasoma, the son of Arjuna, whom the latter had obtained from Soma himself. He was born in the Kuru city known by the name of Udayendu. Endued with effulgence of a thousand moons, and because he also had won great renown in an assembly of the Somakas, he came to be called Sutasoma. Steeds of the p. 54 hue of Sala flowers or of morning sun bore Nakula's son Satanika worthy of every praise. Steeds decked in trappings of gold, and endued with the hue of the peacock's neck, bore that tiger among men, Srutakarman, the son of Draupdi (by Bhima)

Daal mein kuch kaala?😆 What was Vyasa trying to say? Even Prativindhya was supposed to be found by Arjuna in Ekchakra. Hmm.

Parava had something om similar lines. Where panchali wonders how prativindhya looks nothing like yudhishtra.

They were all Arjuna's😆

Kidding, of course😆.

I don't believe they were hers, polyandry or not. I think she simply adopted the kids Pandavas had with other wives.

😆

Parva was fictional take.

Talking about real mb upandavas might be a later interpolation. Maybe drapaudi had only one daughter- suthanu. Or maybe upandavas were pandava s babies with other wives whom drapaudi adopted.

Yes that is what. The above two stanzas are contradicts to eachother. 😆. That makes me think that upandavas were latter additions.
