I didn't say Bhima is Madri's child, I am saying Balaram not recognizing them and Pandavas not going to Krishna for help can not be a criteria to decide whether they met before or not because Pandavas didn't contact anyone, not even Salya and Kauravas failed to recognize them

Krishna recognized them

I started doubting this only because @HearMeRoar had said in a conversation that Draupadi's name was Krishna and Krishna was Vasudev or Govinda's physical description, If I have to introduce myself, I will tell my name and last name

"I am Krishna" is not enough for me to recognize someone I have never met in my life

Krishna was called GovindA VAsudeva. Or Shouri as Vyasa says a few times. Panchali was KrishnA PAnchali.

But Krishna Govinda was famous by that time. I believe in Rig Veda, he is called Krishna by Indra but it was almost as insult, like calling a black man the N word.

It's like Trump introducing himself to someone as I'm The Donald. Because he is known as The Donald in NYC. There arw so many Donalds in the world but only one The Donald.

I hate to compare Trump to Krishna😆, but that was best example I could find.

Neither Arjuna nor Panchali were famous at the time.

It was an intro.

I am saying no such thing, you told me that Krishna was descriptor for Govinda/Vasudeva

I am saying there should have been much more than " I am Krishna "

Also, Pandavas were in disguise.

KRISHNA WASN'T.

Pandavas didn't recognize Krishna, either.

I think Govinda's name was Krishna as well (not just a physical description). He was called Govinda, because he became the king (Indra) of Cows/Gopalaks

Krishna comes from not just the colour but something like Karta(doer) and yet does nothing, the symbol principle of Nishkam kaam that is associated with him. This was the name suggested in his Namkaran

I don't think Krishna is there in Vedas

I don't believe he was named Krishna. My vague memory is that of him being named Govinda. Please share citation if you have of name Krishna.

So far, I've only found Panchali being straight up named KrishnA.

Arjuna says his father used to affect tionately call him that.

My point is that if I am introducing myself, I would use my given name and last name

I don't see the point of introduction with something which is not my name but my physical description

So, There has to be much more than "I am Krishna" because Krishna wasn't his given name

Donald Trump is his name, He won't introduce himself as owner of Taj Mahal as there can be confusion

The point everyone seems to be missing is that KRISHNA WAS NOT IN DISGUISE 😆

Kunti and Pandavas didn't recognize Krishna either.

He very much is. I would've quoted hymn 96, but it is in Hindi.

To understand the hostility between Indra and Krishna, see the verses 13, 14, 15 and 17 of Book 8, Hymn 96 :

Verse 13: “An Asur called Krishna lived on the banks of river Anshumati. He moved fast and travelled along with ten thousand armies. Indra located that shouting Asur using his intelligence and in the interest of humanity, destroyed his murderous armies.”

The article shows how many times various synonyms for dark skin is used.

Indra of course wins the battle in the Vedas 😆.

Rig Veda is also on Sacred Texts for anyone wanting to verify.
