Round 5: Love Letter

[NOTE: I am assuming exactly the similar situation of rounds 3 & 4 here. I am a Dwapara Yuga woman who lives in Dwarika Nagari. I am the only daughter of Akrur, the Yadava Senapati & best friend of Krishna's father Vasudev . I am a devotee of Krishna & use to listen about Pandavas from Him regularly. Gradually I fall for Yudhishthir & then I am sending this letter to him. He is the Indraprashtha King now.

I have seen Yudhishthir only once so far (at the time of writing this letter) when Pandavas came to Dwarika to seek their maternal uncle Vasudev's blessings after they just got Khandavprashtha. Many years passed after that first glance but his Divine beauty is still clear in my mind.

The poem at the beginning is not written in my mother tongue, it is Yudhishthir's mother tongue Sanskrit. I inserted the translation as well for public understanding.]

My beloved Dharmaraja,

Twamasi Mama Bhubanam, Twamasi Mama Jeevanam,

I can feel that you are quite astonished after receiving this letter coming from an unknown person. No, no, don't get tensed! This is neither any serious & confidential political issue coming from any other King, nor is it any internal problem of your kingdom. 😊 I am neither a King, nor any of your Ministers or court men. 😳 I am a mere woman of Dwarika Nagari who has offered her heart entirely at your feet! 😳

My King! Please don't stop reading after seeing the above line! I know you are now extremely busy with all serious political matters & have no time for anything else. Forgive me for disturbing you within your duties, 😳 but I have no other option except sending this letter to you! O Merciful King! Please bear with me & read to the end! 😳 You always affectionately listen to the prayers of any of the common people! Will you not listen to my prayer? 😳

You are a worshiper of truth. So these much of prologue is totally unnecessary. Let me confess the truth that I, the daughter of Dwarika Senapati Akrur, have fallen for you! 😳☺️

Please don't ask me how & why, I will not be able to give a true explanation of it. I myself don't know how you first touched my inner heart! Among your endless virtues exactly which one mesmerized me, which one made me overwhelmed with love for you, which one finally uprooted my heart just to offer at your feet, I can't say. The only fact which I undoubtedly know is, my whole world is entirely dark without you! 😭 You don't even know me, but you have already fulfilled my life with your fragrance, as Sun fulfills the life of a small flower despite of remaining at a large distance from it. My Sun! You have made me bloom, I saw only you after I bloomed, now if you don't accept this flower at your worship then its life will go in vain, & it will be dried up in no time! 😭 My kind King! Please accept my Puja! Make my life blissful!! 😳

My whole world has been converted into your image now! Wherever I fix my eyes I can see only you! Whenever I hear any sound I feel as you are coming to my house! My breath is for you; my heartbeat loves to chant your name only! I have lost myself completely in your thoughts! I have tried to control my feelings by telling myself, "Stop, my heart, stop! He is son of Lord Dharma, he is Divine on earth! Have you not heard that his chariot never even touches the earth? Who are you to love him? 😕 Do you have any Divinity, any eligibility to be honored as his wife? 😕 How can you, a simple woman, tell him that you love him? 😭 Stop this daydreaming!" But my heart never obeys this, Maharaj! 😭 It would not stop loving you! 😳

My beloved Ajaatshatru! I had no way other than telling you my mental condition. Finally I have taken the decision to write this letter to you, as I could feel that it will be the most unrighteous act for me if I don't express my feelings to you! I have already accepted you as my husband! ❤️ Now please tell me how can I keep it as secret? 😲 Despite of being your wife if I don't acknowledge it publicly then it will hamper my Patni Dharma! You know, my lord, if a woman accepts somebody wholeheartedly as her husband then it can also be treated as marriage, as there is no greater proof than the true feelings of a human mind! 😊 As you know, when the great Sati Devi Saavitri accepted Satyavaan as her lord, she did it within her mind, & told her father, "I have accepted him as my lord, now I can never accept any other man. Even before the action takes place, even before the words are uttered, mind thinks of it first, so there is no greater proof than pure intention of human mind! My mind is enough proof of the fact that I'm already married to Satyavaan!" So I have neither performed any adharma by sending this letter to you, nor my addressing as my lord' is a false one! 😳 I am already your wife! 😊 I don't know whether you will accept me or not, but I can never accept any other person as my lord! I am yours only, & will remain yours forever! If you don't accept me then I will die at your feet, but my Sati Dharma will never be broken! Come soon, lord of heart! Save my life, Dharmaraj, save my Patni Dharma! 😳

I am nothing compared to you! You are Dharma personified on earth, while my Dharma Gyaan is very limited! 😔 You are made of love & compassion! Your love for every creature is unfathomable; your kindness knows no limit! On the other hand, my heart is too small to hold you there! In fact sometimes I can't understand where I can get so much love to keep you in my heart, O King of love & mercy! 😔 Still I have dared to get your kind response to my prayer! I'm small, but I know that you do love small, so I dared to love you! 😳 I know your kindness is not limited to good & great only! You are kind even towards your enemies; with a sinner's melancholy cry your heart becomes melted! You give life to that sinner even if he does not deserve it. Will you not be kind towards my prayer, lord? 😳 In your kingdom nobody remains unhappy. You take care of all including beggars & handicapped. You do fulfill their wishes always. I am a beggar at your door too, lord! 😳 Without you I'm also a handicapped! 😳 Will you not fulfill my wish? Who else will understand this pain of my heart, if you don't? 😭

My beloved King! If you are thinking that marrying again may hamper your Spiritual life, if you are in this doubt that taking care of two wives may destroy your precious time of performing your Raaj Dharma, then let me tell you that I will never make any disturbance in your duties! 😊 Rather it's a wife's duty to perform husband's Dharma with heart & Soul, that is the exact reason for which wife is called Sahadharmini' in Scriptures! I will be your true Sahadharmini, the ideal co-worker of you, & will help you in performing your Dharma! 😊 Please allow me to join your Dharma & your duty of universal welfare as well! I will always serve the holy sages at my best! I will treat your prajas as my children; I will serve them as a kind mother does! 😊

I will take care of all of your family members! 😊 I know, after Raghukul, the Pandava Parivaar is the greatest family ever from every aspect! I will be blessed if I become a member of this holy family! I will never quarrel with Maharani Panchali. She is like my elder sister; I will never hurt her with any of my activities! 😊 She loves you, so very naturally I already love her as well! 😃 Whoever loves you truly is always beloved to me! 😃

King of my heart! You always come in my dream & stare at me! 😳 Your eyes are so calm & merciful that by looking at them any creature of this universe will feel soothed! 😊 Those eyes use to make me relieved. I can see your affectionate sweet smile which silently consoles my pain & assures me that you will accept my heartiest offering! 😊 Will this dream come true, my lord? Will I really get this Bliss?

Forgive me as this piece of paper is getting so wet! It's nothing but the nectar of love kept within my heart only for you, now flowing as my tears of joy! Forgive me if I have committed any mistake in this letter! 😳 Mistakes are very common for a simple woman like me, but your forgiveness will purify all of them! 😊 I may be a mere piece of iron, but you are a touchstone, my lord, you will definitely convert me into pure gold! ❤️

You are as large as ocean, being only a small water droplet I want nothing but to lose my complete existence within you!
