very true, if he wanted to use him the he first made sure Karna is completely capable to kill Arjun, but he befriended Karna and made him King before judging any such...

If he has a eye on throne, and throne which was not in his side, why would he take the risk of befriending a man whom everyone dejects..my logic never says Duryadhan's friendship with Karna started with any selfish need...

I liked the way u presented him... I liked it when he said I would never stake my wife and if anyone would look at her he would kill that person..

He loved his wife dearly..

The five Pandavas put together could not protect Draupadi in her hour of distress. Why didn't they stand for her? What could have happened? Not anything worse than what actually did take place! I would have respected the Pandavas more had they picked up their weapons and challenged the abettors of the crime.

I liked the part of Karna and Eklavya as well. they were well written

I think what you wrote are all the unanswered questions of Mahabharata. when I read the story of Pandavas and draupadi going to heaven... their wife fell and they left her alone to die... how dare they!!!!!!!!! If Karna would face the same situation I am sure he would have given up the thought on heaven and prefered to die with Vrushali and supriya!!!!

I always think People blame Duryodhana and Shakuni to swindle Yudhishthira in the dice game. But how morally correct was Yudhishthira when, as a king, he pawned his kingdom away? What right did he have to play with his kingdom and his subjects?... Instead it is said that Duryodhan was a good King he loved his subjects and after his death Hastinapur mourned his death as well!!!

yes...his childhood name Suyodhan means a very good ruler...😊😊

He was a kind and generous hearted, a caring father, true friend, good husband and of-course a terrible enemy he abhorred the Pandavas with a passion! isn't it all sign of a good Kshatriya then why should we consider him as evil???

he died a warrior's death, till his last breath he remained the AJAYA...APARAJEYA...

I finally get a justification on how karna so stick with dury, in yours:

That day in the duel challenge of Hastinapur I saw my own reflection in the youth archer's lotus eyes. We both were rejected for none of our own faults. Society considers him a weed due to his caste and some revered members of my own family think I am an evil omen by birth. Yes, I the boon child of Devadideva was considered evil while born

so it's not just because he (dury) once gave him dignity at rangbhoomi, but they see reflection in each other being condemn by society n family from their birth! that make them having strong bond because they understand the similar pain.

Yes that's what I believe, and many scholars believe...if Duryadhan befriended him to fulfill his selfish reason, he could have easily made him servant..why make a king and why become friends!

If he was selfish and had a eye on the throne then he would have never done such thing which would have irritated the aristocrats more..befriending Karna made their hatrated strong fro Duryadhan..so I never believe that Duryadhan befriending Karna to fulfill any selfish motive...

Now i really want to read mrityunjay, i think somewhere there karna should have his own view on his beloved friend..

Karna loved Dury like his brother..it's not like he fought for him coz he was indebted to him...I haven't read Mritunjay yet...I will read..😊
