Besides, when they had Parikshit, as their own blood, y would they take help from Rishis and Munis? Well that is my understanding.

wht happens once you are very popular as a character its difficult to see the same person in another role. like seeing mohit as krishna or SRJ as lord shiva. audience takes time to forget.. but maybe if its a fictional character it would be easier to accept
