Vrishketu part is fictional, yet what I read he did not joined the war coz he was little and Karna's other sons joibed they too died at Arjuna's hand..

We covered this a bit - Arjun only killed Vrishasena. Other sons - Prasena was killed by Satyaki, and Chitrasena, Sushena & Satyasena by Nakul.

If they're bringing in Vrishaketu after the war, I hope they show Vrushali as well, if not Radhama

I posted something in the feedback thread, which I might as well repeat here.

On the friendship b/w Dury & Karna, I'm w/ ⭐️B on this, given that the real Dury could have gone either way.

Remember, in his life, the real Dury never got to know Karna's real identity, or his vows to Kunti to spare 4 of the Pandavas. Despite that, when Ashwi came to him w/ news of how he had massacred the remnants of the Pandava army, Dury told him that he had achieved what neither Bheeshma, Drona nor even Karna could have achieved. In short, Dury didn't want those warriors to die for him: he wanted them to win the war for him. In that respect, what he told Ashwi Friday was correct: Ashwi could die if he wanted to, but that would do him no good.

The depiction of Dury cussing @ Karna, while at odds w/ the well known friendship in the epic, is consistent in this aspect. The epic Dury loved Karna b'cos he was not a Pandava. Remember, the Pandavas didn't hate Dury either, but he hated them anyway. Similarly, had he known that Karna was a son of Kunti, it's perfectly reasonable to assume that he'd have loathed them just like he did the other sons of Kunti.

I was never a fan of BRC's depiction of Dury loving Karna all the more when Bheeshma told him about Karna's real identity. That was as fictional as what ⭐️B showed. The reason Dury befriended Karna wasn't only b'cos of Karna's wanting to fight Arjun: he befriended him b'cos Karna was outside the family (or so he thought) and not a contender for the throne of Hastinapur.

So while it's fine to condemn ⭐️B for making the entire Karna death sequence a fictional piece, filled w/ the melodrama of Kunti, Radha & Vrushali running to the battlefield, there is no reason to lambaste them for insulting the Dury-Karna friendship. After all, in the real Dury-Karna friendship, Dury had no idea that his best friend was actually the half brother to his sworn enemies. Nor did he ever find out - even after Karna's death, since Kunti made that revelation after the war was over, not on day 17.

It's a stretch to argue that had he known, it'd not have made any difference.

Like I said above, the real Dury never got to know that

His dearest mitr was in fact the son of Kunti, and therefore in reality the half brother of his sworn enemies
His dearest mitr had promised her that he'd spare at least 4 of his sons, and along w/ him/Arjun, she'd still have 5 sons
His dearest mitr declined Krishna's offer of the Indraprastha throne, and swore him to secrecy on the grounds that had Yudhi ever known about it, he'd have given it to Karna, who in turn would have given it to Dury. On this one, Dury would have been justified in asking, 'Why didn't you take advantage of this fact, if you really wanted to repay me?'

So given that the real Dury never learnt about these things, he never had any negative feelings about Karna. But here, since ⭐️B has made ⭐️Dury know about this, he's reacting perfectly normally, and in character - given how he hated the Pandavas, and ergo, anyone related to Kunti.

I hated this as well. While Yudhi is by no stretch a favorite character of mine, one of the few things I love about him is his getting mortified after finding out Karna's secret, and being unwilling to ascend the throne. I wanted that here, but the closest Yudhi came was in blaming Kunti for keeping that secret. And even then, he didn't curse all of you.

And while I loved ⭐️Karna, I hated the dying Karna - the Anjali astra in his neck made him as mahaan as Rama: just like Rama wouldn't tolerate anybody speaking ill of Kaikeyi, ⭐️Karna didn't tolerate anybody speaking ill of ⭐️Kunti, and in fact, perked up, bound his 5 anuj's to a last command of his, and the command? No speaking ill of Kunti. 🤢

Hard to believe that this is the same person who came down on Kunti like a ton of bricks when she visited him

Well, both these words are used both as adjectives, as well as nouns. We say that people are mahaan when they indulge in all sorts of self-sacrificial acts - like Karna taking all the blame for whatever Kunti did. And shresht too has been used so much that it gives the appearance of a noun.

I picked mahaan due to the above example, and the shresht since that's what Karna tried to be, at the expense of Uttam, as described by Krishna (sorry, too exhausted to keep typing ⭐️)
