Did Star Arjuna just promise Karna that his son will be their heir?, I mean who is he to take such a decision, it is a decision of Yudisthira not him.

I dont think Karna's son inherited Indraprastha. Emperor is Chakravarti Samrat - King of all Kings.

chillax dude he has lost his eldest brother 😆 He is in shock 😛 And neways StarArjun n Bhim don't need Yudhishthira for decision making at least not for deciding future heirs 😆
