Another great episode today. The CVs pretty much followed the epic.

SRJ as usual rocked. The smile he gave to the opposite camp after recalling the Sudershan back was terrrific. Shaheer was great as well. He continued from where he left off yesterday. SS & SRJ have a terrific chemistry together. It's a joy to see them on-screen.

Jayadrath's expression when he realized that it was not yet sunset, was very good. And the way he looked at Arjun, who had a smirk on his face, was one of terror. He looked like he just pissed in his dhoti😆 The actor played it well.

I was pleasantly surprised that they got the Pashupatastra right 👏 as Shani said. Hi5 to them for this

So a pre planned night attack tommorrow. & Ghato baby is going to come😃

even in the epic it wasn't a night camp invasion war just continued till night i.e kauravas never withdrew their army and continued fighting after sunset

And unlike ⭐️bharat it was completely drona's decision he was quiet pissed at not being able to save jaydratha and continued fighting

This adds another 2 or 3 weeks to the currently assumed date (July 26). 1 week for Drona, 1 week for Dushi and rest of Kauravas, 1 week for Dury, 1 week to wrap everything up - Bhishma, Yuddhi coronation, Gandhari's curse, perhaps an epilogue in the very last episode?

I wonder what happens during the night attack tomorrow, as Ashvatthama's killing rampage takes place on the 18th day, and it's only the 14th night tomorrow. 😕

I wonder if they're going to show Ghatotkacha dying at night? 😲 That's a major distortion.

It is a major distortion Janaki. I think they will show the attack taking place late night or when the funeral of Abhi is taking place & the fights probably continuing till the morning. Ghato maybe shown dying in the morning😕 Have to wait & watch.

He does not confirm anything. He says its tentatively decided dates of 9th Aug and 16th Aug. I am not sure if he was referring shooting end dates or telecast dates. He still has to shoot death scene sequence and he said he has around 7-8 days schedule left.

hmmm gato baby dying at night is no distortion this is what actually happened

Gato baby died on 14th night

Drona refused to withdraw his army after dury taunted him and continued the war after sunset

For achieving thy good in battle, O son of Dhritarashtra, I will not without slaying all the Panchalas, put off my armour. O king, go and tell my son Aswatthaman who is present in battle that even at the risk of his life he should not let the Somakas alone. Thou shouldst also tell him, 'Observe all the instructions thou hast received from thy father. Be firm in acts of humility, in self-restraint, in truth and righteousness. Observant of religion, profit, and pleasure, without neglecting religion and profit, thou shouldst always accomplish those acts in which religion predominates. The Brahmanas should always be gratified with presents. All of them deserve thy worship. Thou shouldst never do anything that is injurious to them. They are like flames of fire. As regards myself, I will penetrate the hostile host, O slayer of foes, for doing great battle, pierced as I am by thee with thy wordy shafts. If thou canst, O Duryodhana, go and protect those troops. Both the Kurus and the Srinjayas have been angry. They will fight even during the night.' Having said these words, Drona proceeded against the Pandavas and set himself to over-ride the energy of the Kshatriyas like the sun overshadowing the light of the stars.'"

Great episode today after last few horrible episodes. Loved loved loved Shaheer and SRJ today! They were both phenomenal. Their chemistry just rocks.

My heart just melted when Paarth said "You are God Madhav. If you have decided for me to die, there must have been a reason." (something along that line!) He had so much trust in his Madhav. One of the most adorable bonds ever!
