Aha ! I was going to talk to you about this only , I mean was going to ask you which connection is better . Glad you breached the subject yourself bro .

I live near Damdam , I don't know whether Airtel gives broadband connection here . The few people that I asked in our housing complex , have BSNL connection only . But for the last 1 month , due to some fibre chord problem of theirs , there is no practically no net connection . I can not download any recent episodes of Mahabharat due to this . 😭

Yup. I'm hoping that within the next 50 pages, Karna starts battling YNS.

I'll start working on the next AT creation either Saturday or Sunday. I'll also update the story so far on pg 1 to up to Ghato vadh

No , 90% of creations and about 99% of avis I had deleted from my laptop . The problem is my laptop has scanty memory/disc space . I have huge no. of videos of old tv shows , plus huge no. of family pictures...these has decreased the memory space drastically . So , I had no choice left but to deleted the avis , I never thought they'll be gayeb from the image hosting site . Stupid me !! 😭

I have lost the original large avis of this scene , but this gifset was there in one of the folders . So , posting it only . 😒

The gifset & all the gifs of the Kavach daan scene is forever lost . 🥺 But not my creation making abilities , so I'll make them again .

Actually, since there are a few Kolkata posters who post here and seem to have the same issue, I'll take the liberty of addressing it here.

I lived in Kasba, and originally had BSNL. Did some experimenting over the last 6 years - first switched to Meghbela, which consists of aggregated services from a collection of providers. It was more expensive, but better service & more reliable. In b/w, I switched back to BSNL after buying an IPTV subscription, which went belly up, so shouldn't have done that. In the last 3 years, switched to Airtel Broadband, and liked it. They did increase rates recently, but provided better bandwidth.

One of my ex colleagues lives near Dumdum and didn't have a connection, so he took initially an MTI and then an Airtel 4G dongle. I've heard (since leaving Kolkata) that the Airtel 4G dongles are the best; last tried MTI. Our situation was a bit different in that we had to use VOIP phones, so had a router that took those as inputs.

My suggestion - get a dongle - either Airtel 4G or MTI - and plug it into a wireless router. That converts it into a hotspot, which you can access w/ your laptop, phone or tablet, whichever you have. If you use it only w/ a laptop & want to skimp on buying a router (cost Rs 3000), then just get the dongle and plug it into the laptop. But IMO, the router is worth it - at my home, typically, 4 cellphones and 2-3 laptops would access it. Which is why my main PC was connected wired to it, to avoid eating up the wifi bandwidth. Other option - getting Airtel Broadband. If you go to Youtube regularly or even I-F, go w/ unlimited plans.

The dongle solution is better in that you sidestep the digging issues that sometimes goes on. What happens is that sometimes, a fiber line gets cut, and service disrupted. This happens even if one company is doing the work e.g. let's say a BSNL line gets damaged and they go to repair it, sometimes, they end up screwing up an airtel line that's nearby.

For members living in other cities, YMMV
