HOw can a warrior with bow and arrow fight with other warrior when he is using sword??
why is Bheeshma using Dhanush while Bheema is using Gada

All the days of war none other warriors are shown except Bheeshma ...

She can but she doesnt have to show such concern like literally curing them personally IMO
