KURUKHSHTRA WAR DAY 2 CONTINUES

the episode starts with Drupad and Ashwathama fighting. Krishna says to Arjun the fourth stage of our victory will start with dron being drawn out. So that Duryodhan is unprotected and Bheem can capture or kill him. Arjun says we can achieve this only by attacking Ashwathama as Ashwathama is drons week ness he will definitely come.

Dhritrashtra is detected at knowing of this plan. He wants to tell his son but there is no way he can. He tell Sanjay to tell him further

Arjun attacks Ashwathzma saying you have always dreamt of defeating me. Here is your chance. A soldier informs drona of attack on Ashwathams and goes to his aid

Bheeshma stops yudhishtir and says attacking hastinapur is Adharma. Yudishtir says I don't do adharma I am not going to attack hastinapur. Bheeshma said such news is floating on the air. Yudishtir says I have not said it by my own mouth . It's a lie propagated by Vasudev to make you cone after me. And now you have to fight me

Vasudev says to Arjun that now the fifth stage has started. The longer you will engage drona and bheeshma will be engaged by Yudishtir the more time Bheem will get to kill Duryodhan

Bheem calls on Duryodhan to fight. But Shakuni stops him and sends army, Bheem kills everyone and calls Duryodhsn names for not coming to fight.

Ashwathama guesses that they are just playing for time and tells his father, both of them start back towards Duryodhan

Duryodhsn becomes intolerant at bheem's name calling and jumos down

PRECAP bheeshma and drona come back to the aid of Duryodhsn . I missed the dialogue

I am really impressed with the war sequence shown.
And specially Bhima's dialogues...and thanks for the WU

Nandini, the filmy and OTT precap was as follows -

Bhim is about to kill Dury, and then...

Pitamah - holding Yudi at spearpoint like a filmy goonda 😕 - tells Bhim that if he kills Dury, Yudi will also get killed.

Yudi angrily tells Bhim that he is ready to get sacrificed, and that Bhim should kill Dury...

Bechara Bhim is completely caught in a fix - kill Dury thereby take a risk with jesht's life or let Dury go so that jesht can be safe? 🤢

Shani, as I pointed out in the f/b thread, this chess move - of exchanging kings - would have worked to the Pandava advantage. Bheeshma kills Yudhisthir, Bhima kills Duryodhan, then the Pandavas have an edge. For next whatever days, Arjun can lock Drona, Satyaki Ashwatthama and Abhimanyu Bheeshma, and Bhima can massacre all sons of Gandhari. Once that is complete, the war is over for the Kauravas. Assuming that Laxman & his brothers are all slain as well.

What Yudhi⭐️ said made very good strategic sense. Also, unbeknownst to them, Karna couldn't have taken up war, since Kunti would already have been down to 5 sons now 😈
