Shikhandi is murdered by Ashwatthama after the battle is over, at night.

I don't know about Shikhandini because killing women is a crime.

Sikhandi(ni) was killed on 18th day in the Massacre of Ashwathama..

Drupad was killed by Drona on Day 15 (if I have got that right)

haha good question 😆 Who knows.. Sikhandini always speaks in the tone of speaking with her soldiers.. Drupad seems to be better nowadays..
