I guess u r getting confused betwn jayadrath n jarasandh. Former is her hubby n latter is no way related to dushala

Kansa was cruelly romantic... he had no issues with Devki-Vasudev relationship just its outcome😛

At that time, science wasn't as developed as it is right now, so Kamsa didn't know the process of making babies. Back then, people would have sacrifices and do some ritualistic stuff and then pop comes the baby.

😆😆 (I'm kidding) 😆😆

A more reasonable answer:

Devaki just got married and to keep her away from her husband was probably a no no. Not to mention that there were probably witches in the women's jail. Anyway - Vasudev did promise Kamsa so ... why not.
