Hi guys, been travelling so have not posted my episode views for the past 2 days.
Gonna post them tonight at some point.

Till then OMG Gandhari's true nature I always thought was hidden in subtle undertones in most of the books but this SP seems to want to bring it to the forefront.

This I feel answers the question of : IF Gandhari was SO good, then how was Duri the way he is.

Anyways, at the end of the MB I have been reading, Kanha does say that to Gandhari. citations in the DP thread.

It's interesting how they showed Dury enter IP, but they didn't have an army with them? What exactly was stopping Yuddhi (well more so the angry Bheem) from attacking? Heck even Karna wasn't with Dury 😆
Bhim can take on Dury and Dushi, Sahadev can take on Shakuni, Nakul can take on the soldiers. Yuddhi and Draupadi enjoy the entertainment and Arjun can go back to holding Subhi's stomach.

I always thought she made a colossal mistake bandaging her eyes. If your spouse cant see, isnt it your duty to be his/her eyes?

Did anyone notice that Dushy was waving a red cloth (prob the flag) toward the end and leering? It reminded me of Panchali's sari during VH and totally gave me the creeps

I think Adharam ki License from Gandhari means we will see some serious Prapanch from Mamashri during vanvass and agyaatvass tracks.

And IF Brihannala does turn out to be "disguise", I would dearly love to know why Arjuna would choose such a "disguise"...

Yeah it is hard to imagine why Arjun would choose the disguise of an eunuch without his visit to heaven. But going by how he is treated in the Virata parva, and is allowed to teach the princess of the kingdom dance, one can infer that eunuchs had a better place in society at that time than they have now in the India of today. It is all a matter of social perception.

my memory seems to be failing and I am only recalling BRC's MB ... but was Krishna this "pro" war? I mean he's like telling the Pandavas that you should be building power in preparation for this epic war!!
In BRC, Krishna saw war as a possibility (and thus preparing for it was necessary) but he sought peace.

I think I read in KMG that Krishna consoled Draupadi that the Kuru women shall become widows or something (memory failing here)

Well the truth is that Krishna never wanted a war as such, yes it was a posibility.Krishna wanted to sort out everything in peace. He tried a lot for this.He even asked the Kauravs to give only five villages to pandavas but they never listened. This is also one of the reasons of the war.
