oh God, How could Yudi say that the entire war wouldn't have happened if this was not kept a secret. It seems he forgot what role he played in making of this war - the DYUT.

If the secret of Karna was revealed to Pandavas before the war, many things have happened dear, but not the war..When lord Krishna went to Kauravas camp to compromise, he revealed the truth to Karna and invited him to Pandava side.Karna refused to accept the offer in the name of dharm and begged Krishna to keep it a secret from Yudi.
Yudi would've never fought for a country which actually belong to his elder brother.Karna would have dedicated that to his friend Duryodhan.Nothing happened because Karna didnt want Pandavas to lose everything again..

But what abt Draupadi's humiliation and her vow? Most probably Duri and Duch who have been killed by the pandavas if not war.

According to me Pandavas fought for their pride and power. It was for Yudhishthir's right on the throne.Droupathy's humiliation was not the reason of the war.I agree with you Bheem vowed to kill Duryodhan and Dushasan at the dyuth sabha. But it was impossible for him to do it then and there. He wont raise a finger against dharm, which is to obey the orders from his king. For the same reason I think,it would have impossible for him to take revenge against Duryodhan.

Suffering aand humiliation Draupadi underwent was something incorigible and unacceptable.Shishupaal was killed by the Lord when he uttered nonsense against him and Draupadi.Do you think Duri would have been left alive for his deed even if the situation of the question
asked here would have arised?Kauravas would have been eliminated somehow .
