I think the 2nd dice game could be like "accept to play the 2nd dice game or get exiled for 12+1 years - you have to choose between the two..."

And, after EVERYTHING that has happened, Yudi bhaiya might prefer getting exiled (he might say something like,"jo kuch bhi hua, uske baad mein ab raja banne ke yogya bhi nahin hoon...mein sanyaas le loonga"), and his four anujs will promptly follow him. And Panchali might remind them that even if they take sanyaas, it won't change anything for her. But she WILL accompany them for the exile so as to remind them about what happened to her...

I have read some scholars writing that Ashwi is going to be the next Ved Vyasa or something like that. Is that true?
