I like fast paced shows and I am loving the fact that they are not dragging shows with zooming camera angles, multiple face shot, annoying camera rounding and daunting background music.

Even so, the show does seem to go too fast. We take long time leaps and crazy time lines are mixed together. I thought that the show is supposed to have 300 hundred episodes, but now with dice game already on the line, there is only exile and war for major issues. I can't imaging them showing those for another 150 episodes. 😕

So does it mean that extension meant only until 200 episodes?????? Or are there a lot of other things to show that I don't know about?😕

but mahabharat is a big epic. there are so many side stories and interesting ones
this cannot be compared to normal serials where they drag. Even if they had shown side stories like details of Arjun's vanprastha and Uppandavas and Duryodhan's marriage it cannot be called dragging

this is nor fast pace I will say they are running with the show

so if there is enough content left left to show - i would be immensely happy. I don't want it to end and I want it to keep up the pace as well, that is why i was worried.

The war is complex.

In Exile they have a few things: (Arjun's search for divine weapons, Urvashi's curse, the death of all Pandav's except Yuddishtir (who then revives them all), Meeting Hanuman, Draupadi kidnapping by Jaidrath, Durvasa's visit so might take a while, Gandhamadan lake and the flowers of the lake.

Then Virat has a few: Killing of Keechak, Killing of Keechak's brothers who attempt to kill Draupadi, Virat war and Abhimanyu and Uttara marriage.

Then there is the Parva before the war: Attempts at peace, Krishna rejects Dhuryodhan's hospitality, Preparations of war, Dhuryodhan turns Shalya into their side, Dhuryodhan's attempt to hold Krishna hostage.

THEN BHAGVAD GITA UPDESH: I hope they dedicate at least 30 episodes to this, to explain to us all in great detail the beauty of the Gita.

But I have lost interest. I have not watched since Pandavs left Hastinapur. Has anything been worth watching?

wow great, i am so happy. I love the show, so I was worried that it was going to finish soon, but if they show all this then obviously there is enough content.

I am enjoying the show immensely, I can't even miss a single episode, so I guess at least I would suggest that you should watch.

Thanks a lot for so much info, I don't know much about the inside stories of MB, and I think exactly for people like me, the new MB is good, as it at least makes us aware of so much that we were never previously aware of.

Most important of Mahabharatha are Bagavath Gita and Bisma's Vishnu sahasranam. i think the CV s will take sufficient time for these. also there are 18 days of war . If each day is shown for 2 days, it is almost 36 episodes
