Does ⭐️bharat know that in those times, a woman wasn't supposed to address her hubby by name - just like one doesn't address one's parents by name? In fact, even until recently, few did it. Maybe ⭐️bharat could watch some more saas-bahu shows: even if Vrushali addresses Karna as 'Suniye-ji', it would be an improvement.

Kumar Radheya was okay @ the Hastinapur gate scene, where she wasn't married to him. Now, she shouldn't be calling him by name.

Then she'd have to go to Vishwakarma. Just like Surya asked his sasur-ji Vishwakarma to chisel out some of his intensity so that Sanjna could bear him, Diala can rent Vishwakarma's services for the same purpose 😈

Only thing - if we're talking about eating Karna, as opposed to Aham, does she devour him w/ kavach/kundala, or w/o? I wonder what's the nutritional value of gold ❓🤣

Yeah, any expectant mother would just love the idea of becoming a queen, and her baby being raised in comfortable surroundings, and not harangue the new dad about 'mukut ka lalsa' 🤢

@Vrish I was hoping Karna would leave her there (and go back to Duryodhan in Hastinapur) that's what I was hoping they would show ( the reason I stated "Goodbye to Vrushali".) but of course StarMahabharat has to show something ridiculous!

overall fab episode today..I am getting tired of her lectures every time she opens her mouth...and I am afraid Mata Kunti is going to do the same once we go back to the Hastinapur scene!

This serial has given mata Kunti the height of what's known as 'chutzpah' (pronounced 'hot-spa'), which is used to indicate insolence and brazen shamelessness. In trying to whitewash her behavior vis a vis Karna, they've just made me loathe her more 😆

I was watching the Bong version yesterday - they were showing the Hastinapur gates drama b/w Karna/Dushashan/Vrushali/Kunti, and it was galling to hear her state that her father, her husbands and sons all earned their mukuts. How, exactly? Her father & husband inherited their mukuts, while her sons were given a desolate part of the country which they then transformed. I agree that Anga was an act of charity, maybe undeserved, but later, Champa & Malini were something Karna won by conquest on his own. And mukut ka lalsa - the reason Khandavaprastha was given to them were 2:

Duryodhan would continue to plot against them if they remained in Hastinapur
The Pandavas themselves staked their rights to the succession, and so Khandavaprastha was given to them to get them out of the way

Karna, by contrast, just accepted a gift that was given to him, and that too for the right to fight Arjun. Had Kunti spoken up, she could have prevented him from getting his mukut, and instead gotten him respect: he'd certainly have appreciated that a lot more.

Also, Kunti's inane comment to Karna - that he claimed that his mother abandoned him but now he was abandoning what his mother had taught - really rubbed me the wrong way 😡
