@medha ooh acha thanks...Babru was Arjun Chitrangada's son or Arjun-Uloopi's n Arjun-Draupadi's son name is too tough for me to remember 😛

He was Chitrangada's son but Ulupi was loved and respected as a mother too. I think she told him that it will be his honor to fight a warrior like Arjuna regardless of the fact that he is his Father too.

A different version of it is written on every first page of the all 18 Parvas of MB. Instead of Arjuna-Krishna, it is Nar-Narayana.

Shalya was Mamashree of Nakula-Sahdeva and had come to join the Pandavas, obviously.

But, Duryodhana with deceit made him join his side. He did not want Arjuna to get killed, it was the opposite of that.

He, obviously wasnt happy with the way Kauravas made him fight against his Nephews and was always trying to demoralize them.

Hence, the conclusion. 😃 That is what happens if you try to be too cunning and deceit someone. Shalya was loyal to the Pandava camp, obviously.

Thanks myths for telling about Shalya n Arjun's son I alwayd get confused between Iravan n Babru...I'm just not able to pronounce Arjun Drau's son's name 😔 the best is Abhimanyu...I love this name 😃

wow he wanted to fight Arjun n wanted to b privileged to fight such a great warrior :D n Arjun killed him? 😲 well I read a comment here by an Anti Arjun fan that he killed Babru by deceit n Babru was better than Arjun...is it true medha n myths? 😕

Actually, Arjuna had almost died and Babru had asked Ulupi to use this gemstone she had to revive him or babru would kill himself, i think some version say he got killed, both Father-Son were dying but chitrangada chose to revive Arjuna and asked Ulupi to do that. Arjuna won, was impressed with his son, hugged him and then went to the next country.

is it? 😲 What a lethal duo it wud have been in Kurukshetra na? 😃 So babru almost killed his Dad...quite impressive :D n Chitrangada opted for Arjun n not her son 😲 Arjun was blessed to have such great ladies in his life 😃 Any story of Arjun wid his other two sons Iravan n Draupadi's son?
